This place has the friendliest drive-thru service that I've experienced. It's very professional, they get your order right, and they do it in the nicest way. It makes you feel good about spending your money here and makes you feel eager to return. The food is also cooked really well.

The drive-thru here is amazing. My girlfriend and I go to the drive-thru weekly, and I never bother to check the bag before I leave. They're always on their A-game. Tiffany is often working the drive-thru, and she is absolutely fantastic. Tiffany is always incredibly kind, and she is the reason my girlfriend and I choose to go here instead of any other Steak n' Shake location. 10/10 experience.

I’ve been hitting the drive-through for lunch a lot lately, getting the number one meal, double cheeseburger with fries. They are so fast and efficient and friendly. The food is fresh and hot. Love those crispy edges on the burger and fries are perfectly cooked and perfectly salted! And their meal prices beat any fast food place!

Love the milk shakes and, especially, the larger straws for the milkshakes. I always wondered why restaurants didn't give the larger straws. Lots of places have good shakes but it's hard to enjoy them with a small straw.
The double steakburger with cheese cannot be beat! Be sure to add lettuce, tomato, mayo, ketchup, etc. to have it your way. Fries were salted perfectly and the shakes are amazing.

I go to Steak and Shake weekly to treat myself. In the past month or so, staff has been extremely heavy handed with the condiments. When I say there has been a tablespoon each of catsup, mustard and mayo on my burger, I do not exaggerate. Yesterday, I ordered a butter burger. Same thing, WITH a tablespoon of butter, lol. ?
