I have not been to one in over 5 years I was so disappointed to see the kiosks and that they have no waitresses you have to pick up your food at a counter you have to throw your own plates and stuff away clean up your own spot a group of 15 didn't realize it was kioskin now had a real hard time ordering for all 15 of them

Feels old and a bit grimy. Bathrooms need a refresh. The burger without a bun should be presented much better on the plate. A little bit of care and attention to detail and this place would get points back. We go here out of tradition.

Ive gone to this Steak N' Shake both times Ive been to Indiana and theyre always very kind here! The food is also very good and the shakes are amazing. The food comes out quick. The service and food are very good here :)

so unfortunately when i attended they messed up my order the first time after i had gotten home. i went back to the location and talked to a nice guy and he took the messed up food and after a few minutes game me my correct order plus an extra burger!! the customer service was amazing and they were very apologetic after i told them about the mess up. thank you to the friendly staff that dealt with the mess up! ps i demolished the burger! amazing food.
