The service was terrible they played on my phone and didn’t answer I was outside watching the entire time it’s cold outside so I wanted to call in my order I called 9 times and they played on my phone hanging up answering then stop answering after the 10th time they finally answered this location is very ghetto not recommended!!

I order a sandwich from here and it tasted old the bread was hard and it make me sick turned out that I had food poisoning I’ll never eat from this dirty ass restaurant again.

DO NOT GO HERE.

Absolutely disgusting behavior from employees. Ordered today on the mobile app oct 2nd around 6pm , they messed up order, when calling to ask to speak to a higher up one of the two employees there hung up on the phone. Ended up going there in person, they had an attitude even before walking in to the establishment as one of them had rolled their eyes upon seeing me. Went in person to ask for the name of the employees (short haired black female, blonde haired white female) there and they said they ¨ couldnt disclose¨ their names, extremely unprofessional behavior. When I asked for managers number the white female disclosed they were on vacation, ok thats fine, told her I would be calling corporate and she simply said ok. On the way out, told them if they cannot provide appropriate customer service, they should not be working there and they started to get giggly and laugh and were doing so well after I had walked out. Sad to see this as this was my go to subway, definitely need to rid of them and get better employees. Would not advise going here to anyone when these two young females couldn´t handle a simple order or interaction with a customer over the phone and rudely hung up without even trying to come to a resolution. If these ladies ever read this review, shame on you for the way you handled things and I hope you learn some manners and maturity or you will not go very far in life at all.

Ordered the rotisserie chicken footlong on wheat with lots of veggies,cheese, chipotle etc. Everything was fresh and good ( the meat was a little stingy) but good . I got a coupon from offline to use because prices are way higher now. The star was the $5 FOOTLONG CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE . It was DELICIOUS, HOT and should be shared. A must try .

I find it rude that I’m the only customer in the store And I have to stand and wait while you make my food and food for an order of a person who is not here at the same time when the other associate who was there could have cared for the other sandwich so the customer in the store (me) waiting can get serviced. I feel like that’s poor service and management of time.

Food was good as they make it right in front of you. Atmosphere was nice and clean and well kept. Service was with a smile. We ordered cookies with our order and thankfully my children checked before we pulled out because there were not any cookies to be found. Seems like a small detail but to kids it's everything.

Went after 6pm on 9/18/23. Rude staff. Ordered BLT. Asked for toasted. Bacon and bread didn't look toasted or even heated. Very nicely asked if they could toast a little longer, staff member sighed loud, slammed sandwich back in the toaster, and was scolded by staff member. Received nothing but rude attitude from her after that. Looked at my receipt when I got home, they charged me for veggie sub with two sides of bacon (did not even order extra bacon, this was only sandwich with bacon). BLT sub cost $15 in the end. Ordered three sandwiches in total. All under toasted. Rotisserie chicken ice cold in the center. Gross.
