I was in and out with my mobile order. The only thing is that I wish I was notified when points expired. I was very surprised to see when I reopened the app after a few months all my points were gone. Other than that the food was top tier

Place was busy but my food was ready and it’s was great
Ordered 1 Rancho taco added cheese, cilantro and onion. Total cost for 1 taco $4.68. Get ready to eat and it's missing the main ingredients of Rancho...guacamole and pico. Got back in and it's given on the side and no option to remake properly. I mentioned this was poor customer service as I shouldn't have to add guacamole to the top when it's usually spread on the bottom...i.e. the purpose of ordering a rancho.
