This was a favorite of our family but tonight the customer service on my large order was rude and short with me didn’t want to answer questions. when we tried to order more food types and ask questions it felt like she just would prefer we get off the phone. This is not how we felt in prior orders and makes u reconsider spending 60$ here vs someplace else local. consider talking with them bc it didn’t feel intentional but bc of that it impacted how we felt about our meal today and how we will order in the future. The food is great here. My favorite thing I live to order is the Fat Boy Sampler. The customer service is wonderful. The workers are always nice and work fast pace to prepare your order. The atmosphere is great.

First off. I called in an order but person put the phone down and never came back to the phone. By the time I made It to the restaurant, the phone was just laying on the counter with me still on hold. Cool. I state my indiscretion, no big deal. Ordered nachos, worst idea. Paid 40 bucks for the total meal as I got other things as well. They skimped horribly on the meat for the nachos that I was extremely upset. The supreme order of nachos I placed for someone else as well. Barely any meat in them. I will just stick with El Poblano because this was not a good move. ?

Made my very simple order wrong and then wanted me to bring it all the way back to the store without remaking the entire order (which by the time I got back there would have been old and cold). I wasn’t even mad just wanted fresh hot and correct food that I paid for I don’t know what’s so hard about reading what somebody ordered especially when Its simple ingredients but i guess not. Rude servers and will never patronize this business again.
