Wetzel's Pretzels

Pretzel bites cost $8 which is crazy expensive. You would think they would come out as being the best you’ve ever tasted with that price but that didn’t happen. Over salted, stale, and some were even burnt.

I ordered a cup of original pretzel bites and a cup of peperoni bites from the Wal-Mart location. Paid for my food and sat down to eat, but realized they didn't give me my peperoni bites. I told the manager and he coped and attitude and said I never told him which ones I wanted. I pointed to the recipte and said then why did you charge me for them? He then said I never pointed to the exact cup so that's why they charged me but didnt give me anything. I said that sounds dumb just give me my food. He then gives me my food and tells me and my wife to leave and refused to let us eat there. Super ghetto and disrespectful. The food was trash too.

my boyfriend and i went here for a snack, we got one regular pretzel and 1 cheese sauce, our total was $7.79, which i mean it was not that much but $1.99 for cheese that was more of a solid than a liquid and it was cold, the pretzel overall was good but it was very greasy. the service was good but overall i rate this place a 3/5.. everything was just a little below average with the prices, which i completely understand because of food vendors especially in big public places such as malls.

I was just charged roughly $7.50 for a cold pretzel and cream cheese. I would like to point out that cream cheese was $1.99. I would like to further point out that cream cheese can be found for less than $5 per pound retail. This is greed coupled with poor quality and even worse effort. I never used to feel the desire to leave negative reviews until businesses started to get greedy to a ridiculous degree. $1.99 for cream cheese is embarrassing.
