Good food as always, but their new AI drive thru is very annoying and takes forever to get my orders correct. I have been a few times since the change to try to give it a chance, but same result each time. I'll be going to the Gary location at 11th & Broadway from now on.

It's White Castle... home of the sliders. The food is always hot, fresh, accurate to the order, and delicious. I've never had problems with any if my meals nor employees.

I have bought white castles for over 40 years. I ordered four fish sandwiches and one fish nibbler. They did not give me any tartar sauce. I called Back spoke to the manager in Merriville. She told me you have to ask for tartar sauce when you buy fish products that use tartar sauce.

The food was good but my chicken sandwich meal had no cheese that I asked for, and the chicken was burnt. Serve people the food you would eat, not burnt food. The grease was probably very dirty. I will never patronize this White Castle again.

Unfortunately I can't rate the food as we never received anything. After repeating our order 4 times the auto response at the drive through glitched, repeated itself, repeated the wrong order... Super frustrating. We pull around to see 2 attendants standing at the register. It would have been nice for some attempt of an intervention given we were simply ordering 8 breakfast sandwiches. No substitutions, no modifications just what was on the menu.

The auto response system needs work, we will frequent WC just not this one, we prefer live customer service.
