The last two times we tried to go here even after checking Google and Facebook hours (and also recent Facebook posts to check for covid closings) they were not open despite the fact that there were cars in the parking lot and people drinking at the bar ( and no sign at the door stating there was a private party, etc.) We have been 100% supportive of small businesses all year long and this is difficult to write. Let me say that we have been there on a few occasions before and had wonderful drinks, food, and service. We attempted twice to bring new people to their location to share our good experience. Unfortunately, we are confused as to why a business can't communicate to loyal patrons such simple things as updated business hours. The businesses in our town have done this with no difficulty. This is beyond disappointing. If Arcadia doesn't stay open, I won't be surprised. Go down the street to Leeds. They have no problems keeping up with their current situation. Customer service is key. I am all for supporting small businesses, but they have to at least appreciate the people who have supported them this past year.

**we tipped 20%+ regardless of experienceSat at the bar, different types of flies buzzing around. We ordered the mai thai and old fashioned from the drink menu. The bartender and manager had NO IDEA how to make the drinks. The old fashioned was incredibly watery, my mai thai was not a mai thai.Drove 40 minutes out to them because of the menu currently online but it was different when we arrived and had none of the items we were excited for. The staff was nice but you could tell they were slightly stressed with a couple tables outside and inside, a live band playing. No one said goodbye to us and we were a foot from them.We won't be back.Their liqour selection is AMAZING but they don't know what to do with it

The food and drink menu is fantastic. I've been coming to Michigan City for decades and I have to say I had the best meal ever at Arcadia. Live music on Saturday night. try to make it there. You wont be disappointed.

We are so glad that we came to Arcadia We had a particularly bad experience at Mateys and we hoped they could accommodate our party of 7. And they did FANTASTICALLY! Peter was amazing and kind. Jason, our server even made us a fresh fruit dessert because they just had it lying around to make. There were hiccups with our alcohol orders as they weren't made correctly not once but twice - and Jason remade us something and it was spectacular! The food was ON POINT! 100/10 would recommend again!

Loved it! Lovely place, ambiance incredible with a view to the lake and the workers were all very welcoming, the food was great, I had a tsunami nachos that was incredible!, the Arcadia burger as well, very delicious! I recommend!!!

There should be negative stars for this business, I and others would use them. But shout out to Team Arcadia for what seems to be an actual almost working business strategy. Arcadia and Tony the adult beverage mixologist lead with the ability to serve outstanding cocktails. ( Visit there facebook and count) loaded with all sort of interesting combinations. So with that the lead unique value of the place we may not get to know the service is slow and detached if not downright rude, the food will always be not quite right and someones compass has to be a little off. If this adventure is to your liking please, you will enjoy the venue and the environment, go introduce yourself to Tony and those killer libations.
