Nothing but top cheffing with fabulous quality going on here. Excellent service, extremely friendly staff and right on Lake Michigan. Checking all my boxes!!I followed chef Nicole here after experiencing, and now mourning the closing of, Bartlett’s in Beverly Shores… recently finding out she now owns this place. Next stop, her latest endeavor, the taken over Rt12 roadside bar, Joe Freddie’s!
The environment is so tranquil and quaint, truly gives off seaside vibes. You have a nice side view of Lake Michigan Harbor area. The service was amazing and our waitress rocked it, naming all of the daily specials. The food was good, we loved the oyster shooters and the cheddar and broccoli soup was great even though it was thin in texture. The gumbo wasn't necessarily a gumbo but more of an etouffee.
