Great bowling and very clean.

This place sucks. We spent 60 dollars each person, and they closed at 7 when they were supposed to close at 9, and they didn't give any warning, so we spent 45 minutes at the arcade and we couldnt get anything for it i hate this place and never coming back. The doors weren't even closed, so girls came in, and they were closed. i had to tell them that, and they were mad. Im done with this it ruined my whole day. Forget this place i hate it. Dont go here, plus most of the games at the arcade were off. And when we were there, they shut off all the lights, and it was completely dark, and there were 5 to 8 yr old girls, this place also has no sympathy whatsoever. I recommend not to come here.

You'd think a few dozen people wouldn't have a job but hey if your looking for a job you don't need to serve pizzas that were ordered,drinks, sides, or just about nothing at all this is the place that will pay you for it I guess.

We went as a family with my husband's ERO family and had a team bonding. We had fun and made the best of it.

Had my sons birthday party here and was very happy with everything!

Nice place, good food.

I recently attended a work party at Mugshots and we went on to bowl later on. We roughly had about 20 people in which staff was patient and accommodating. Overall one of the better experiences I've had here.

The quality of their lanes is among the very best in all of the northern half of Indiana. I know this because I've tried them all. Not too much wax and so on. Their updated computers are easy to navigate and are user friendly, with plenty of convenient sitting.The staff is professional and friendly, making it the perfect place for kids and adults.There's a full service Pro-Shop to purchase, repair and customize bowling balls. They sell bowling balls, bags, shoes and supplies. Lessons are available from a certified coach.And of course, there are bowling leagues you can join.They have a nice arcade area as well as a separate, full bar (Mug Shots). They have a huge parking lot for free parking. The bowling area has it's own juke box (if you're into music) as well the bar having its own. Great food to top it off and we can say this place has it all.

Had a great time with friends. Good and drinks r always good. Avoid Sunday nights if u don't want to deal with the leagues.
