KFC is a hit or miss spot, but the service is always friendly and welcoming. Despite price increases and technical issues at the drive-thru, the staff makes you feel like an old friend. One customer even received frozen biscuits to bake at home when the order couldn't be completed on time. Another customer had a missing item in their order, but the staff went above and beyond to correct the mistake, offering extra items to ensure satisfaction. The 8 piece original meal was outstanding, but the wait time could be long. Despite some hiccups, this KFC location is clean, with nice employees who strive to make things right for their customers.
