Service and atmosphere is much better in Merrillville. Non caring of how they service your order. Items were missing and substituted sugar and creamer was just thrown in my bag. I don’t use substitute sugar; staff did not ask ether. They also did not include the coffee. Food quality was low. I’ll stick with the Merrillville location.

I had the gyro sandwich and it was very good! They give you a lot of food so get ready with your stretchy pants! Staff was friendly and attentive!

This used to be our breakfast spot on Saturdays but last time we went the price was way to high. We were charged over $30 for 2 plain waffles and 4 slices of very thin bacon and coffee. Thers no way!!!!

The service was great, but the food was just mediocre.

We are from out of town but used to live here. We went to Sophia’s because they have excellent food. Our server was prompt and very nice. Well my friend and I sat there for a bit catching up. The person who cleans up usually AFTER you leave came to clear our table while we were still there. The hostess then came over and asked how we were paying and if she could take our payment. We left at that point. We ordered and spent over $40 not including tip. There were plenty of empty tables and nobody waiting. Just uncalled for and rude.

I have never seen or experienced such a lack of customer service or professionalism. The condescension exhibited by the hostess was despotic.

I came here with a big group of friends, and we had an amazing experience! Our server was excellent—attentive and friendly—and the food was absolutely delicious. I also loved the old-school diner atmosphere. Highly recommend for anyone looking for great food and a fun, classic diner experience!

Food is good, service is hit or miss.

Went above and beyond for my daughter by providing a magnetic coloring board in addition to the usual crayons and kids menu
