I visited 3/17 and had to wait almost 20 minutes for me just coming into purchase ranch!!!! and it was like pulling teeth and finally when the manager got out there he didn't apologize for the inconvenience and or try to solve the problem himself he tried to overcharge me for a quart saying that it was $16(which it was not!!) I told him that I bought a smaller container for $4 he then which came up front and told me that since I waited over 15 minutes maybe I should have went to meijer's! Like are you serious ? mind you I drove from LaPorte to there just for their ranch!!! When they brought me the container the lid wasn't on properly and it was ranch leaking all around the side didn't even attempt to wipe it off wasn't going to bag it!!! the manager's name was Brian and apparently none of the workers knew the managers last name he was very rude and needs a demotion or retraining because there's no way your managing your employees and expect your employees to be held accountable and you get a pass for that behavior. legit horrible customer service.

it was decent food, fries and rolls were the best. waitress was very friendly and cheerful. the service was a little slow but not terrible. it was decently busy. the only negative thing was a solicitor was going around to tables, and security told her to leave..it was just kind-of an awkward situation. otherwise was a good time, we were in the back and it was not too loud.

We haven't visited for years, so we thought we'd give it a try. The size of the rolls shrunk by half. The waitress got my order wrong. Overall, the experience was a bit disappointing. Not sure if we'll go back.Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly options.
