We really enjoyed our dinner at William B's. Patrick Cullars is one of the most friendly and best hosts and manager of this steakhouse. He always greets everyone with a smile. The filet mignon's were superb and you could almost cut it with a fork. The sides were also delicious and we had for desert the 2 scoops of Hagen Das ice cream with chef prepared chocolate gnache . William B's never disappoints. Our server, Jen, was wonderful. Patrick, head of the restaurant is always warm and welcoming. The food is delicious. It is our favorite restaurant. Oh my goodness, the shrimp appetizers are huge! We just love this restaurant so much!
Service was exceptional. Food was terrific from the bread basket to the salad soup and steak. The salad dressing (blue cheese) is one of the best I've ever had. Steak was cooked perfectly. Will go back.
