We had family who had pizza from here that they liked. We decided to try this restaurant and are so happy that we did!We each had a whole Italian grinder, but we could only eat half. Danny's makes their own bread, and the sandwich was delicious. We recommend Danny's!!

Cool place to eat.Yesterday I enjoyed a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich it was amazing.Here is my review on the place.Pros:1. Bathrooms were clean2. Restaurant was clean3. Food was wonderful and filling4. Large menu5. Many Amish staff members6. Better and cheaper than McDonald's!Cons:1. Wasn't sure if they were open or not judged by cars.2. Confused on how to enter the restaurant. Figured it out obviously.3. Restaurant was too cold inside. This really should not be a thing anymore. It was freezing inside. Workers are hot make them wear shorts and tshirts. But please don't freeze out your customer. Everyone had jackets on.I will say it looks like it is two different things which was confusing to me. There was a window for maybe ice cream and a door inside the outside patio that's inside to a restaurant? Very confusing I feel.I definitely plan to go back.

We were very hungry and the very cheesy pizza along with the meat we had then put on it was yummy!We had pizza left over for us to enjoy again later.

We haven't been here in awhile, but the food was excellent! We got an alfredo, chicken and bacon pizza to share; it was perfect, with lots of sauce, toppings, and cheese, with a crisp crust.We did try to go in the wrong door at first (you had to go in the "side" door, which only had plywood around it at the time), but it seems like in the summer they leave the roll-up doors (walls) to the ice cream seating area open.
Excellent thin crust pizza! The homemade breadsticks are so good! What's not to love about warm fresh bread bated in melted garlic butter & parmesan?!The Calzone our grandson had was enough for 2 people!This is without a doubt our new favorite place.

The best pizza in Middlebury. We will definitely be back again. Ordered a Hawaiian pizza, cheese sticks, and a club grinder. Everything was delicious. Service was fast and friendly.
It wouldn't have taken more than a second for the girl on the phone to correct me and inform me that what I was trying to order wasn't an option, rather than changing it to what she thought I meant. Also, I specifically asked for a grinder with no mayo, only to get home to a grinder soaked in it. My husband tried to take it back to get it made right, and they were already closed, 20 minutes prior to the listed closing time. This is the first time I've ever had a negative experience at this establishment, but with as poorly as it went, I don't know that I'll be as inclined to order from here in the future.
