My husband and I took our mothers out for their birthdays. We have never been to West on Warren, but thought we would give it a shot. Loved the outside seating with the waterfall. We were greeted with a friendly smile. Our server was kind and attentive. The food was just OK. I had the salmon soup, which needed salt and my mother-in-law had the steak and fries. Love outdoor seating area - was surprised how noisy it still was, but enjoyed the night anyway. I know eating outside has its "challenges" but they might want to spray the perimiter of the eating area - we had several tiny ants climbing on our table top. Pecan apple salad with chicken was awesome! Bruschetta was very good - but could have been better if on toast instead of bread.
The kitchen was a bit slower than what I have experienced in the past, but the back room was very full when I got there. This happened to be a time that I had to be on the road at a specific time, so I felt a bit rushed, once we got our food. Still, one of my favorite places. I'll be back.
