If I could put a zero star I would that's why I left all the other zero I went here twice in the past couple months first time lady was very rude felt rushed second time I went back only because I was in the area hoping it was somebody else working nope same lady and didn't really get her name but come to find out she's the manager smh same rudeness same thing felt rushed when I got home my food was still red in the middle at that point I was over it now I will never ever ever ever go back to Arby's on McKinley

Arby's still sells delicious, if rather overpriced, roast beef sandwiches, among its newer fair.

It's Arby's and Horsey sauces thankfully remain unchanged. Personally, I think that larger versions of the other sandwiches can be gotten for less elsewhere.

Still, Arby's iconic roast beef sandwich remains an epitome of perfection, in both its simplicity, and taste.

Atmosphere got three stars, meaning average, because Arby's has thankfully never spent money trying to impress you with the sophistication of their dining area.

Delicious food, and someplace clean and friendly to eat it in, marking the Arby's experience.

Parking: Fast food never tasted so good.
Or at least never tasted any better!

Kid-friendliness: It's a fast food restaurant, modeled on your average burger fast food joint. As such it's extremely kid friendly, if a little bit small!

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair spots in the parking lot, ramps, and movable tables all combined to create a wheelchair friendly environment.

We went to this establishment on February 1,2025 at about 7pm. We went through the drive thru. When we pull up to order, the gentleman says order when your ready, in a very low mumble. I ask him what he said politely, and he said it again in a more stern voice. We order and then pull up to the window. The gentleman opens the window and I say Hello, I get no response, he takes my card and gives it back after running payment. He gives me my drinks and the bag. I say thank you, he just shuts the window. I notice I am missing both orders of fries that I ordered. I knocked on the drive thru window, he comes back and I say, my fries are not in the bag. He shuts the window with force, rolls his eyes and goes to get my fries. He comes back, hands me my bag with attitude and slams the window shut again. He was not in uniform at all and no name tag. Customer service goes a long way. You have lost a very loyal customer here and will continue if people are served this way. Very disappointed!

I asked for hot and crispy curly fries. They were NOT as ordered. I asked for my crispy onions on the side, and they added them inside the sandwich. Why can't people listen and take your order correctly?
