Arby's still sells delicious, if rather overpriced, roast beef sandwiches, among its newer fair.
It's Arby's and Horsey sauces thankfully remain unchanged. Personally, I think that larger versions of the other sandwiches can be gotten for less elsewhere.
Still, Arby's iconic roast beef sandwich remains an epitome of perfection, in both its simplicity, and taste.
Atmosphere got three stars, meaning average, because Arby's has thankfully never spent money trying to impress you with the sophistication of their dining area.
Delicious food, and someplace clean and friendly to eat it in, marking the Arby's experience.
Parking: Fast food never tasted so good. Or at least never tasted any better!
Kid-friendliness: It's a fast food restaurant, modeled on your average burger fast food joint. As such it's extremely kid friendly, if a little bit small!
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair spots in the parking lot, ramps, and movable tables all combined to create a wheelchair friendly environment.

We went to this establishment on February 1,2025 at about 7pm. We went through the drive thru. When we pull up to order, the gentleman says order when your ready, in a very low mumble. I ask him what he said politely, and he said it again in a more stern voice. We order and then pull up to the window. The gentleman opens the window and I say Hello, I get no response, he takes my card and gives it back after running payment. He gives me my drinks and the bag. I say thank you, he just shuts the window. I notice I am missing both orders of fries that I ordered. I knocked on the drive thru window, he comes back and I say, my fries are not in the bag. He shuts the window with force, rolls his eyes and goes to get my fries. He comes back, hands me my bag with attitude and slams the window shut again. He was not in uniform at all and no name tag. Customer service goes a long way. You have lost a very loyal customer here and will continue if people are served this way. Very disappointed!

When I spend my money I expect to get what I ordered not what you WANTED TO MAKE. If it’s not available JUST SAY THAT DONT GIVE ME WHATS YOU THINK I SHOULD SUBSTITUTE IT WITH. Won’t be visiting this location anymore besides for a shake. Hopefully you don’t mess that up too. Wasting people gas having to come back but I should have known to check my food when y’all most likely paying these employees nothing so they don’t really gaf! Oh and let me not forget 3 orders of fries not once in this order but twice.

I asked for 2 roast beef sliders and a 4pc Mozzarella sticks. The register person tells me she's got me at the window. I pull up and she's trying to hand me a drink, which means she didn't put my order in and forgot about me. I reorder at the window and they get it up fast, but I heard her call for Jalapeño sliders, and I was hoping it was a different order. As she hands them to me I clarify, these are roast beef sliders right? I'm told yes, and when I check them, they're Jalapeño sliders.
So I go around, go inside, and ask for the roast beef sliders I ordered twice. They proceed to make fun of me in the prep area for not knowing what I'm ordering.
I'll never be back to this location and suggest people go elsewhere.
It's Friday October 19th. At 10:55 p.m. just left the drive-thru. I didn't catch the woman's name but whoever she was was literally the best EVER. She was super nice polite and friendly! It was very close to closing time so I apologized for coming so late. And she was super super sweet about it. I wish all fast food chains had employees like this. So to whomever in upper management reads this,,, please find out who she is and show her recognition for her kindness and good work ethics.

I was there on Friday 9/6/24 early evening and I wish I knew the name of the woman working the drive thru just so I could compliment her on the excellent customer service. Anytime I’ve been there she seems to be one there and she is just so professional and kind. The food is fine and I haven’t been inside this location in years, only the drive thru but she is the best and the reason I chose Arby’s over other places on the same road.
