My last visit to this place was horrible! They didn't accommodate us in any type of way! The manager was very rude and told us that we only had 15 minutes to eat in! We stayed 30 minutes because we got more food instead. As soon as we left the police entered the parking lot. Very awkward experience.

I don't know what has changed at the Main street Arby's in mishawaka, but the last two times have been ridiculous. This last time, all I ordered was a jalapeño roast beef slider, which was cold by the time I got home 5 minutes away. That's never happened before which makes me believe it was sitting cold waiting to be purchased or the meat isn't heated enough which worries me.

And I ordered mozzarella sticks, which were also cold once I got home. Plus they forgot the marinera sauce AGAIN even though I pointedly asked for the sauce and even asked if it was in the bag and he said yes. It wasn't. I had to microwave all my food when I got home 5 minutes later.

And don't get me started on the "shake". It was so light feeling and thin, it made me wonder if they put mostly whip cream and no "shake" in the cup. What a waste of money. We are done with this Arby's. They used to be the best Arby's around. Again, I don't know what changed in the last 6 months, but we are so disappointed. Your person in charge needs more training or needs to watch more closely on the health code rules for keeping food warm and fresh.

This location is just ok. I have stopped a few times now and 1 time my food was barely warm and I just tossed a turnover that was not warm at all and tasted stale.

I went through the drive thu and ordered a classic roast beef sandwich meal and some chicken nuggets. Everything seemed at first that was until I take a bite out roast beef sandwich and it has a weird taste, then I open up the bun and the meat has green spots and was slimey! Will not be back.

Should have stayed closed for the holiday. Service with an attitude. Very obvious that the oil was not hot enough to properly cook the food. Quality of the food should not suffer just because of low traffic.

The young black female running the front of the store tonight needs replaced giving me attitude because yall don't have something and it's on the online menu then asks me if I want sauce I ask for Parmesan ranch and she yells with attitude can I get a side of ranch then half way thru trys to calms her voice and rubs her face I did tell her if she didn't like her job she needs to look for a new one because I'm a paying customer and I don't deserve to be treated like that I don't think I will be back to this location I don't deal with disrespect and drama grown and too old for all that especially paying my hard earned money for something!
