Nothing too big to celebrate, and nothing negative about the place, it just is. The food was fine, the drinks were fine. Our friends really enjoyed the beer tower....and then another....and another. My cobb salad was pretty good. Portions were a little small, but service was great, and checks were all correct.

Our server was a young man named Tom. He wasn't the best. It didn't seem like he was very seasoned in serving. He was more concerned with thebtables surrounding ours who were sat after us, than he was with us. He came up to our table 1 time in the first 20 minutes of being seated and told us he would be right back. 10 minutes later he comes back and asks what we would like to order. We ordered our drinks and appetizers. My husband wasn't sure what he wanted to eat, so i told the server that's all we would like to order for now, were not sure what we want. It's been 20 more minutes since we ordered our drinks and he still has not come back to give us our drinks, appetizers or ask us what we want to order. For this being our first time eating here, I am pretty disappointed. Tables that were seated much later than us are getting their drinks, and orders taken while we sit here watching food walk by us....we got our drinks about 20 minutes later. I got the toasted marshmallow drink....it is does not tickle my pallet, instead it assaults my pallet with low and dirty blows. It's been 10 minutes since getting our drinks and I'm just waiting for our server to come back....I wanted to order a soda to drink. My husband and I felt like he was intentionally ignoring us. It's now been 20 minutes since I got this marshmallow disappointment, and not once has he even acknowledged us even with waiving at him and calling his name. This was supposed to be a very nice birthday dinner and it turned out so anger inducing, I didn't even want to stay there. We got our food, well over an hour after we sat down, and we asked for boxes to leave as soon as our server decided to come back to our table. We paid our over 70 dollars for our meal and went home with the worst first-time dining experience to date for us. People were yelling, glasses were breaking, it was extremely over-stimulating for me, and I could not leave fast enough.

Ribeye had veins in it that looked like worms, made me sick looking at it... shrimp was basically popcorn shrimp and garbage, felt like that waitor was rushing us. Only time there, last time there.

My family typically loves Aspen and never has a bad experience. Today we went and our waitress only came over to us two maybe three times and we were there for over an hour. We noticed she only payed attention to the bigger parties. Thankfully the service manager Destiny noticed and attended to all our needs. (getting the bill, refilling drinks, getting our food that was never delivered, and getting us our boxes.) We appreciate you Destiny!

We ordered two steaks and one came far undercooked. Service was good, food wasn't all that great even when cooked to the right temperature. Pretzel bites tasted old. Beer (Blue Moon) was flat. They have plenty of TV's, that's good. A lot of room for improvement.

Careful with the fish and chips. It had turned for sure. When we got it home and opened the styrofoam it was pungent.
Everything else was great. No other issues with the food.

Well the food and staff are good but the women’s bathroom ALWAYS stinks. And not a normal stink but like the sewer has backed up. I have to believe it’s a health concern.
So I’ve only had aspen twice. Both on door dash. The first time was so good. Everything perfect. Last night I ordered the same meal. Tenders a salad and fries and EXTRA sauces cause that was what I wanted most even though their delivery fee went up to 8.49. Got my order NOT ONE SAUCE for an entire order of tenders and a salad. I work in a restaurant and was pissed off cause the stupidity of whoever bagged this order.

4 stars because I ordered to go, upon arriving I pulled into the curbside pickup waited for someone to bring out my food, no one came out so just went in to get it. Food was good
