I was at this store yesterday and I had the best experience! This lady that helped me was very professional, she was friendly to my children and myself. Her name is Kristy, and I'd love to give her the recognition of doing a wonderful job and going over and beyond for my children and myself.

I visited yesterday! Kristy was super friendly and went out of her way for my teenage daughter's birthday! My daughter out of her own money left a tip for that lady. I thought you would like to know that establishment needs more people like her!

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The older woman helping me tonight was so polite. I will definitely be back

This place is crazy bad. They’re unwilling to make pretzel dogs and flat out do not care if they lose sales because of it.

The reason why there's never a sign up to stated why they're closed is because there hasn't been a moment since theyve been open where any employee haven t received covid or has tested positive for it at least four to five times. Covid regulation States for you to give customers a bag with their purchased item but no covid regulation is a mandated for them to wear masks its completely by choice yet they have repeated outbreaks. You pay for fresher food that should be rotated within 30 minutes but depending on the heat temperature set in the case some pretzels go bad quicker than others and protocol is to grab left to right being the old to the freshest or they get drilled or theyre position will be up for evaluation for giving you the freshest food that you pay for. Small cups of nuggets are available they prefer to put out the larger ones because it's a higher sale so for the people that can't afford it it almost forces you to buy something or walk away hungry. There has been complaint and complaint about the disorderly conduct that people display to customers repeatedly but the organization must feel that delivering the routine of downloading the app is more beneficial then the respect that we deserve and anyone willing to question or seek attention from higher up employee or customer will either be eventually terminated or banned from the store itself. It's not a Heavenly place like the pretzel portrays on the photo its a eunjustified sad place. Often closed because there's not enough staff but who would want to work at a place like that

Does anybody know why this Auntie Anns is always closed? I just find that whenever im in this mall. Maybe they just decided to close this Store forever. There is a Bens Pretzels that has much nicer staff, and is open! And also there is a Auntie Anns in Portage, MI that has nicer staff.

Had an amazing customer service from Paul. Pretzels were fresh and soft. 10/10 must try again

The old white lady is really rude

The pretzels are small and tough. The drinks are average. Would not waste my money here again.

I’m glad to see that this place FINALLY got closed down. This store didn’t run because the general manager (Vickie Bennett) was absolutely the worst boss I’ve ever worked for. This is the most unbiased professional review I could leave considering the circumstances. If you have a family member pass away, even with a doctors note you will be written up. If you are hungry and have worked a 10 hour shift, she will get mad if you try and go eat, and then she’ll complain about how she’s hungry too. There’s no sitting, barley any eating or drinking and you will be watched and listened to by corporate at all times. I’d say with the image the place tries to put out there, they ought to hire more friendly people to run it. If this woman Vickie hadn’t of been the boss this job may have worked out just overall was a mean person who wanted someone be to be there everyday so she didn’t have to. The universe did everyone a favor here

ALWAYS CLOSED! This is got to be the 4th or fifth time in the last 6 months that I have visited this location and only been successful one time that they were actually open!! Absolutely ridiculous! If you're not going to be open most of the time, just close the location!

Worked here for 2 months got terminated for not being able to make a shift due to car accident and my grandpa falling. Got rehired and my grandpa had a stroke and then a girlfriend was in the hospital for mental health I had a note I sent and she shared it my personal business with the whole management staff . Excuse it said whom it may concern means her whole staff. Do not work for auntie Anne's or Vicky Bennett

Overall, food is good but don’t order delivery. If there is something missing, there will be no accountability at all and you’ll just be out of luck. If you have a craving, just get it in store. Otherwise, expect missing food and one email reply (out of all the calls/emails/feedback) basically saying “Sorry we messed up, we won’t even try to fix it for you but we would love for you to buy our stuff again next time and maybe we won’t mess up then. No promises though!”Ordered delivery on 8/7/21 for scheduled delivery at 6PM, choosing the “contactless delivery” option. Delivery was 30 mins late and driver ignored the contactless delivery instructions. Choosing to stand at the front door holding the food (without a mask) after knocking and waited until I opened the door to pass it to me. After he left, I realized that the order was missing a pretzel (which was the only thing I actually wanted). I called the number provided for the driver 4 times but it went to a busy tone all 4 times. Called the store twice and they did not answer so I left a voicemail. Have not heard a single thing back. Received feedback survey emails from Auntie Anne’s and Doordash and filled them out, including that I was missing an item and also did not hear back. Recently, I submitted feedback on Auntie Anne’s website again and a rep emailed me apologizing and that they would “love the chance to make your next visit a great one!”. When I replied asking about them giving me my pretzel, I did not get a response.
