Been a Barnabys fan for over 50 years. Had a couple of sandwiches at this location. Absolutely terrible. Meatball sandwich was horrible. Mozzarella cheese just clumped on and not melted. Won’t be back even if free.

Worst pizza I've ever eating. I couldn't even choke one piece down The crust was dry and pizza just overall sucked I wont ever eat there again I threw the pizza out and went to Wendy's

Both young Lass' that answer the phones are rude, snotty, and disrespectful... must be the owners daughters. Would suggest, y'all hire someone different to answer phones, for carry-out... order a lot of pizza with you folks... not just a 1 or 2 time experience...

Love Barnaby’s. But this particular location struggles with over the phone orders. A month or so ago, they got my order wrong. I waited for it to be corrected. Was still wrong and waited more for it to be fixed. The manager apologized, threw in an extra breadstick along with a coupon to get free pizza at a later date. Ordered my free one last night, and it was not correct. It’s when ordering half one side something and the other side something else that seems to confuse them. If getting pizza from this location I’d recommend going in person to order it.

Worst pizza in the area. Ordered a BBQ chicken. They barley put sauce,cheese,or chicken on the pizza. Came out crusty.
Crust is horrible tastes like cornmeal. About broke a tooth. Cost 30 bucks.

One of the best pizzas in the area if you like tavern style pizza (which I love). Barnaby's Mishawaka and Granger are fantastic also. I love the Osceola store because it is not quite as busy as the other 2 stores. South Bend Barnaby's is not affiliated with with these 3 stores , and frankly I personally have nothing but a bad review for the South Bend Barnaby's.
The food was good, but my expectations for that price were tremendously higher than the product I received. The setup in there is a bit different and that wouldn't be an issue if the staff were helpful. A couple of girls at the counter stood and watched as my wife and I were confused as to where to go and what to do. And the topper on the cake was when we went to leave. Needed a box and was informed that it would cost me 54 cents for a pizza box. Really? Had I placed my order to go, would they have added a 54 cent surcharge for the box? I went in genuinely excited because I've heard great things, but this is not an establishment I am likely to return to.

I went to the one in Granger and it was less then inviting, took forever to get our food, and personally I thought the pizza was over priced and tasted like cardboard! Stale, just not my style at all. Personal preference i suppose. The girl that took our order at the front was rude.

I ordered a pizza last week and it was burnt. Drove all the way to work before I noticed. I was told I'd be refunded but haven't been. I was told it was the app I used. I had one problem with this app in all the time I've used it and my problem was resolved witihin seconds! I couldn't get to the customer support button quick enough! That's how fast my issue was fixed! I will never go to this place again. I should've read the reviews. Apparently, this isn't the first time having problems with the food being burnt or something else wrong with it. If you had a good meal, count yourself lucky!
