Most of the employees there are rude and never have a smile on their face and talk to you in a very rude and unprofessional way. Won't be coming back unless they get new employees or teach the ones that are already working their how to treat people/customers the right way!

Food is always perfect but customer service is disappointing. I hate the fact that they were so rude to this lady.
Had pretzels delivered today. Only half of each pretzel was edible because the bottoms on all were burnt beyond being edible. Will not recommend to anyone. Hope they were not sent out that way because it was through a delivery service and they were left overs from yesterday!!!

Nothing about my food represented 'soft' burnt pretzel outside, under nurtured mixed inside. Four mixed melts and a burnt cheese pizza.. shoulda flushed that money down the toilet and not have tried to eat anything. Bad, not good, bad stuff you all. Should be ashamed

Someone was mean to my dasher and made him so upset that he was almost in tears when he called me. They also didn't give him my food. I had to cancel my order with no refund because the store didn't help him when he couldn't find my food so there was no way to confirm the order to get money back. I hope whoever made sweet Joyce upset has the day they deserve :(
