I asked for a small cup but was told We don't do that". I ate 3 of my bites and got very ill. This happens every time I eat these, no where else. My son had to run and get a bottle of Sprite for me.

My fiancee and i ordered 300 pretzel bites and various dips for our wedding reception on September 12th. Breanna and her team at University Park mall were amazing!! Breanna was super friendly, professional, and fantastic to work with!! Even though there was an emergency at the mall the day of our wedding, Breanna made some phone calls and got ahold of another Ben's location and still delivered hot and fresh pretzel bites to our wedding guests!!
