10/10 recommend, food is stellar the parm fries are goated.

Great at times but not this time. Will continue to go back 🙏

They were busy, I accept that, but we were told 35 minutes for our food. As we waited a number of people came up and asked for refunds because they were taking too long. After 1.5 hours, we finally got our food. Very poor service. When we said they should consider discounts when orders take that long, we were told, “have a nice day.”

Delicious, bold, unique smash burgers! All burgers are indeed delicious and cant regret any of their selected choices.

Dined in one night after doing 20 miles at the Central Park and rewarded myself with a great burger and some fries!

Ordered the American Style(first) with bacon; unfortunately I received a different one with bacon jam and avoli sauce. It was till a very good phenomenon meal. But was really hoping to get what ordered. After running 20 mins(about 3 hours) and then waiting 20 mins for food. I walked to eat outside I was about 3 bites in before I realized it was my wrong order. I did pay extra for the bacon... and in reality I could have gone back but I was so hungry and needed something to eat.

I would say service was good and kind just messed up my order. Will be back and hopefully they can get it down right next time!

My first time there, ordered our food and I didn't get a soda or alcoholic beverage because I am breastfeeding my two month old and I asked for a water. I was told at the counter that our table would have a server and they would bring me a water. We sat down, waited for our food, got our food and never had a server come by our table. I watched as every other group that came in had a server but I never spoke to anyone our whole time there other than when we came in and when we ordered. I am so incredibly disappointed with my whole experience. Food was good but not at the expense of being ignored while I have a baby strapped to my chest.

First time trying this place. My wife put an order in for pick up at 7:30 and I waited about 10-15 minutes for the food to be ready. They were busy, no big deal. The issue came with the food, it was not good. We ordered burgers, fries, and pretzel sticks. The pretzel sticks were extremely hard. Unfortunately was never able to try my fries because there was a piece of glove stuck in the sauce and cheese in the fries 🤮feel like we wasted our money. Check your food for employees gloves!

Super yummy! My husband and I shared a Midwesterner salad and a Caveman smasher, and both were really good. I would eat here again for sure.

The burgers and fries were nice but when it came to service It was really bad. We were just sitting at the table waiting. We had a guy come up to us. He gave us drinks but we got no information about how to order. This place is more like a fast food restaurant rather than an actual restaurant. It looks like a restaurant but there's no menu. You have to use your phone, you have to get your own food. You have to throw away your own stuff but it's like a dining experience. It's less of a restaurant and more of a get it up and do it yourself.

After @potawatomizoo and splash pad, we headed over to @biebsandashmishawaka located inside @sunkingbrewing #mishawakaindiana . Juciy Smashburger and Main Grilled Chicken Sandwich was phenomenal, tremendous atmosphere, solid customer service and fantastic food. Highly recommend if you're in the Mishawaka Indiana area near Main Street off St. Joseph River.

First and foremost- food was AMAZING! From the fries to the burgers everything was so good! I got the peanut butter burger with jalapeños and it was fantastic. Sweet potato fries come with marshmallow dip- to die for!
Parmesan fries were also so so good!

Service - was mediocre.. this was our first time here so we didn’t really know what to do. We weren’t greeted by anyone upon entering, we walked up to a waiter and asked if we could sit or needed to be seated. He told us to go ahead and have a seat so we did. Then a waitress came over and took our orders for drinks- but we didn’t realize this was for the brewery and not Biebs & Ash. Just super weird that this wasn’t explained to us or why weren’t we directed to Biebs if we were ordering food (we had multiple kids with us as well, so we clearly didn’t come to drink). So we ended up with two separate tabs because of this, which was fine, just weird, BUT then we had to tip twice at both places.. yet we only had one waitress..

when we walked up to order food at the Biebs counter, there was only one couple ordering and they had already paid and were asking a question. We were about 5 feet behind them looking at the menu and the girl taking orders was a little snippy and told us we needed to go down the hallway to wait in line to order.. yet there was no one waiting in front of us and you can’t really see the menu from the hallway.. just very weird customer service overall
Food was great, we’d def go again but I would know what to expect now. $130 for 3 kids meals, 2 burgers, and dessert you’d think the staff would be a little friendlier

Biebs & Ash is AMAZING! Hands down our favorite burger place of all time. We have burgers in a lot of places we go and we cant wait to come back to B&A!! They set the bar really, really high!! My son called the crispy edges “meat candy”. 🤤🍔
Soooo flavorful, always fresh and hot, staff is great!

Great burgers and drinks.

Went here for our grandsons graduation dinner. It was a good time
