Pulled up this afternoon not knowing if someone would come take my order or not. Waited a few minutes, nobody came. Got out of my car, walked up to see a window that said they didn't take orders at that window. Walked to the front and saw a window that said car hops only at window. I asked someone that was seated at a table how to order and was told one of the girls would take my order. Went back to my car, waited a little longer, nobody ever came. Ended up leaving, drove to Casey's and got a slice of pizza.

I typically recommend BK Root Beer Drive-In but on Saturday (June 7) my husband, my mom and I decided we’d pop in for lunch, this was around 1:30. One of the waitress came to our car asked if we needed a menu and moment to look it over. We said yes she handed us the menu and walked away. After more than 10 minutes, mind you at this point the only car there when we arrived had left, a car that came after us had been served and left, the waitress finally came back to take our orders. After another waitress said something to her. We watched this waitress joke around and have fun with another waitress and cook for over 10 minutes before she came back to take our orders. When she came back we handed her the menu and said we’d be leaving given the poor customer service and extended wait time to place an order when we were the only customers in the parking lot. No apology just an ok from her.

First time there yesterday -waitress was super friendly & nice ! The food was amazing , the root beer float took me back to years past -definitely will be going again 💙

The server was nice but she also took a minute to come take our food order because she was talking to her co-worker which wasn’t a big deal but when we ordered 2 12 piece “boneless wings” and 2 drinks for $42.37 and we get the “boneless wings” and they are store bought( the cheapest ones you can get)and nothing was cooked all the way. 🤢

Cash only I had a coney dog & root beer float. Great place to meet and eat after a baseball game, trip to the zoo or just to remember the good old days
