I got the “Special” cookie, maple bacon sugar cookie. The cookie itself was doughy as if someone put too much flour in the batch. The icing on the cookie was dreadful, for $5 you can get a dozen cookies at the grocery store. Nothing special and is reminiscent of why the Mall is a thing of the past. This is worth passing up to find something better.

False advertising - multiple signs say "buy 6 get 1 free" but when I bought six and asked about the 7th free cookie, clerk feigned ignorance. $17 for six cookies and they refused to honor their own hand written sale signage. This is the first and last time I ever spend money here.

The cookies were good but $14 for 4 small cookies, it would be nice if they were individually wrapped and not stacked on top of each other. All the cookies were really lacking sprinkles. At this price I just expect a premium cookie.

Awesome desert spot when shopping at University Park Mall. My cookie was abousolutely amazing. Many of the cookies are dairy free so good for the lactose intolerant people out there. Lot's of fun designs and options for flavors. Blondie's was pn Shark Tank a while back.

I ordered a cookie sandwich.I had no idea! I paid around $13 for 2 that I ordered. I wanted a snack and a treat for the hubby.While they are good (very sweet!) I could have gotten an entire box of cookies for $6! Service was quick. No line. Quick immediate prep in front of you. Very clean. They did wear gloves and remove them before using the register.I just wish it was cheaper!On the flip side I had a sweet treat for the four days. I could only take a couple bites before sugar overload. So if you have lots of money and like sweet treats this is the place for you!They do custom orders for cookie "cakes".If you woukd like an honest review let me know.

The cookies were wonderful but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The man was very unpleasant and very rude at the university mall in Mishawaka Indiana. It was a very sad experience, but we really enjoyed the cookies.

Cookies were put in a bag and not in box did not eat the cookies right away but when we did they tasted like a plastic bag. A box or wrapped in tissue would be nice.

Cookies are great! Last 2 times I went there though the customer service was terrible. Felt like my kids and I were being glared at just for existing and the guy behind the counter said maybe 4 words.
