Charming old school supper club atmosphere. Stopped in for cocktails after having dinner elsewhere & sat at the bar. Guy next to me had the the fried chicken dinner & said it's the best in the area. Looking forward to goin back for the full dinner experience!
Came here for my birthday dinner tonight and had such an amazing time!! The atmosphere was exactly what I prefer: casual, laid back, friendly, and delicious. Every staff member we interacted with was so pleasant and attentive, and the bar had yummy drinks. All four of us ordered different foods, including steak, frog legs, fish, a burger, chicken, and then a pie for dessert. A lovely family restaurant where patrons sit at the bar and talk amongst friends. In town for work and after dodging the chance for food poisoning from another seafood restaurant, we decided to visit the Blu Lantern. Vicki was our waitress and she was beyond nice and continued to check on us. Food was delicious. We ordered the Beef Manhattan and Chopped steak. So good. Ended with a Chocolate cream pie. Each delish was delicious!! Will definitely be back.
