We attended the martini pairing dinner event for the first time. The food, drinks, and service were great. What bothered me was how the raffle was handled. The hostess grabbed a gift bag and took it directly to her friend's table, presenting it to her as though it was planned ahead of time. (I guess it really is all about who you know.) She then drank from her friend's martini, told her she loved her, and then returned to the hostess stand to continue working. Are employees allowed to drink while on the clock? Are they allowed to just give the prizes to their buddies without giving the other paying customers a chance? A second employee also greeted the friend who was given the gift bag. There is a serious integrity problem here.

Don’t get me wrong, Bonefish is normally a great experience with phenomenal food. My family has been there before with exceptional service in the past and I’ve raved about the place ever since. However tonight was extremely subpar.
Fully aware and willing to wait for a table because we didn’t reserve one, we waited an hour to find out the hostess’ didn’t even remember us. There were 4 different groups that didn’t have a reservation that somehow ended up being sat before us. It finally took one of us to mention it to them for them to realize they messed up. They scrambled quickly, didn’t know my name nor how many people I had with me (even though I told them all my information and my entire party sat waiting the whole hour in the front) and on top of it all; gave us some serious mean girl energy. (We are talking eye rolls, side eyes, and huffs as we walked past to the dining room) Clearly things were stressful but they didn’t seem to manage the “flow” of the restaurant nor do they offer the best experience/comfortability for customers. And it was discreetly confirmed with a laugh and smile by our kind assistant who sat us at our table as fast as he could.
While we were sitting, we noticed all the new tables were served bread when they sat down…however we were not. Again, the food was and is phenomenal but the service wasn’t the best tonight and part of me wishes we would have taken our business somewhere else with more etiquette.

Went for date night, had a reservation, sat in a booth, Angelina was our server. We told her we were on a date, ordered a glass of wine & a beer along with an appetizer. The bang bang shrimp arrived within 2 minutes, she came back immediately to take dinner order before our drinks even arrived. We told her we were not in a rush and would like to at least wait until our drinks arrived and enjoy our appetizer before ordering dinner. Drinks came five minutes later.  Angelina came by cleared the table and asked to take our dinner order again, I ordered soup and an entrée. I said I wanted to enjoy my soup before my meal came, the soup arrived cold, and the rest of our meal arrived before I had my third bite of soup. My husband received wrong side dish with his meal. She insisted on clearing all of the dishes that were on the table while I was still finishing my meal, which is so rude. She rushed us,and was not friendly. It was just was not a good experience.

2 fer 1 dish was divine. Exceptional choice! Service was outstanding. Pumpkin Cremé Brule was too good! Shaved Brussel Sprout Salad was delicious. Mac n Cheese was very good and hot! Augratin potatoes were very plentiful. Bread n oil pre-eats was Gooder.

Angie and aurora did an excellent job, serving a large party with 4 young kids. We split the check 4 ways with people not sitting next to each other and they did it seamlessly without mistake. Overall great dinner and service!
