My family and I walk in, maybe 4 tables were sat down, very slow no workers to be seen but the one sitting in the booth on her phone, waited about 5 mins before she noticed us and sat us down, about 10 mins go by no waitress has come over to ask us if we needed a drink or even greet us she went over to a empty table cleaned it went back to the bar. Finally a girl comes from the back, ask if we have ordered drinks yet? Clearly not, she comes back with 2 dri KS sets them directly in front of my toddler he then dumped not 1 but both drinks. We cleaned are mess and left! Waste of my time and very frustrated because now my son and myself were both soaked. For a very dead day you guys should be tip top on your customer skills ontop of idk maybe doing your job instead of sitting on your phone. I'll never return to this location. 0 stars.

Had to wait for the host to realize we were waiting while she sat in a booth on her phone, then after waiting for about 10 mins to even get our drink order taken when the waiter finally came with our drinks she's set them right in front of our 1 year old who immediately knocked the cups over...will not return to this location

I would like to recognize the manager I spoke with in regards to an issue I had. Her name was Brooke. She was extremely helpful and very kind. She went above and beyond to make up for the issue I encountered. I think she is an amazing person and fantastic manager. Definitely the best experience I have had when speaking to management at any establishment. Buffalo Wild Wings is very lucky to have such a great leader and an even better person. I will be making it a priority to come back more frequently after this.

I hadn’t been to Buffalo Wild Wings in a few years. I had been wanting wings for a little while, and decided this was the choice!

Terribly disappointed in the wings! I ordered just basic barbecue bone-in wings, and well they were so dry and tough they had so little edible meat on the bones!

They had clearly sat under a heat lamp for probably the entire day. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were from an order not picked up or not used from the day before. That’s how bad the quality was. I even tried taking a fork to pull the meat off and it was so hard it snapped off like a piece of jerky!
Never, ever again! Not sure how any cook even felt comfortable serving these to anyone!

ordered a bundle from them and it was missing items which is no big deal accidents happen, my problem is the disrespect you get from coming back trying to fix the situation mind you it's a 15 minute drive both ways. They act like it's gonna bankrupt the whole restaurant. anyway good chicken bad service.

We had a big party of ppl between 16-20 ppl, we are aware of the wait as they don't do reservations. Arrived at 6:45 pm, was sat at 8 pm, was given 1 waitress we made sure we were patient because it was just her, food was order at 9:00 pm 😭, food arrived at 9:30 P which was another tables food, had them take it back because we were not going to be responsible for those items, finally got our food after 10 pm. Service could've been better, and the food could've been better, we still left over 20% of tip total as a group, even tho we were very parsh, if it wasn't for the alcohol we order we never get refills on our drinks because they made sure to keep the alcohol coming and only kept checking on the alcoholic versus the non alcoholic of our group😭

I really like bdubs but I rarely go unfortunately. Although, this location gave me the worst overall experience. I know Thursday nights can be busy, but this was not acceptable. My online order was small and for two people. The confirmation receipt noted the order would be ready for pickup by 7:10pm. I arrived a little after 7:20 and my food was not ready until a little over an hour later. I kept going up to the desk asking about my order and they kept saying “it’ll be ready soon”. Come to find out that my order was put in the warmer at some point while I had been waiting there. It was in there for so long that the food was COLD. Not sure why a “warmer” does not keep the food warm and why I had to wait over an hour for cold food to which they forgot my fries. I had to go back in and wait even longer. Terrible experience and will not go again.

Ordered at 10:15pm order said it would be ready in 6 mins then when i got there at 10:45 they already had all the light off and tables put up I almost thought they were closed. Just to get to the counter and Kaitlyn the manager said the order wasn’t until 11am tomorrow when I know for sure I placed it for tonight. Seems like they don’t want to stay open until the real time they close. They told me the kitchen closes at 10:30 but my order was placed well before that. Never had this issue at Ireland. Save your money and time

Service was absolutely horrible. Waited forever after being sat to talk to server, Kelsey. Then right before our food, got our drinks. Had to ask for another drink. She forgot I wanted a to go order. After waiting 20 minutes for his, my husband, drink, he decided not to order another drink. I decided not to order the to go food. I asked people around us how the service was for them and they gave me a thumbs down. Would not recommend Kelsey as your server. Good luck if you do get her.

I’m a caretaker and my client loves ordering from here, we either call in or come at least once a week or every t other. I call my order in like always and my total is 6$ more than usual (we order the same thing everytime so I know the total by heart now) so I ask how is that the total she tried charging me 3.69$ for WATER and then tried charging me to put things on the side. For example the nachos have sour cream on them, but we want the sour cream on the side because one of us likes it in one of us doesn’t she tried charging me for that. After she explained the totals, I said I’ve never once been charged for water or these extra charges. I don’t understand what’s going on and she started blaming the computer system so I said well never mind on the water and then I said never mind on putting things on the side I go there to pick up my order and it hasn’t even been started.she didn’t even put my order in. She has an attitude with me when I get there and I’m just not understanding again I said I’ve never once been charged 369 for a water or any of these extra charges. And her response “Well, I didn’t say 369 I said 349”and after she said that I said I want to talk to a manager. Who was no better. We’ve NEVER had problems. Bit more happened but just very disappointing when we’ve gone so many times and this happens. One bad experience and a couple rude people really can ruin a place.
