Absolutely horrendous. We placed a pick up order through the app and they couldn’t even get that right. Left out my wings and expected me not to have dinner. Did not want to remake the food so my husband and I could have fresh food for dinner after wasting our gas and having to waste and extra 20 min for our food. The manager Destiny was horrendous has horrible customer service didn’t want to make the situation right because of their messed up. Definitely will not revisit this location again. Poor customer service and the accuracy is horrendous

I was here yesterday. The appetizers were fresh and hot. However, once I got my entree, it was so disgusting. The chicken was so hard and dry. The celery tasted rubbery. I was so incredibly disappointed. The waitress never came back to check on things… after a half hour went by, the waitress then just handed my mother the check. My mom just paid so we could leave and get out of there. I told the waitress that the wings were not good and just wanted to let her know for future customers. She then asked with an attitude, “why didn’t you say anything?”….She never came back to the table. At this point it wasn’t worth the confrontation, we just wanted to leave.

The place was packed college football was on. Everyone was cheering and having an amazing time. The atmosphere was electric. The good was good. Our server was amazing.

5 of us came in for dinner they weren't super busy. First the server threw our appetizer on the table as he was walking by never said anything. Then 4 of the 5 of us got our food was horrible then by time the last person in our party got our food the rest of us were done eating. The excuse we got from our server was none of the cooks spoke English so they had to try and use a translator app to explain what to make. I will never go back to this location get people that speak English to work there.

Hi my name is Lance, and I came in to the Buffalo Wild Wings in Mishawaka on Grape Rd, at 10:10 on Sunday evening October 19th. I was very reluctant to come at that time because I know you guys close at 11, but I and a couple of coworkers (we are fellow industry workers) were just getting of work and not much is open at that time so we decided to come in. We had the pleasure of being served by an amazing worker on your team by the name of Allessia (forgive me if I spelled her name wrong) who did not make us feel unwelcomed, was nice, attentive, knowledgeable and all around pleasant, and hospitable! We were even helped with our rewards by a young lady named Olivia! We just wanted to shout them out, and say thanks for making our experience pleasant and we will return (earlier than 50 minutes before close haha) again on future sundays because of them!
