I routinely visit this location with a class of students working on their community skills. We used to go to a few other restaurants but BK is the only place that has consistently been kind and patient and gone above and beyond to serve us. I can't say enough good things about the people working here.

Ordered mobile order for pickup with some co-workers and went to pick up everyone’s food. The manager had deleted all of our orders because they were placed 30 minutes ahead of time. Instead of looking back at the screen for all the orders she made me text everyone to get their orders again and tell her what was already in the system. Took them 45 minutes to make the food we ordered 30 minutes before I even got there!!! Once I got back to the office and gave everyone their food, every single person had a missing or incorrect item. This location is disorganized and have nasty attitudes. The manager was treating the staff horribly in front of the entire lobby. Never had an experience like this anywhere and will never be back. Disappointed is an understatement

Slowest drive through ever! It always takes 20-30 minutes to get your food. I asked the first window person why he said I know! He said it’s because the timer at the second window. Basically the manager doesn’t want to do anything so she delays the process and the timer by making people sit at the first window until food is done. The workers and customers are miserable because horrible management!

I really want to like this place and feel bad giving it low stars - it is a franchise not a corporate store and I would rather go with something more local. However, my top food rating criteria is their fried foods and the past three times they have either been out of hash browns or they were grossly over fried. And I got floppy bacon today.
The woman who is always in the drive thru during breakfast has a very dismissive tone. And they keep you at windows with no one ahead. Very off putting when I am trying to get coffee and breakfast but that can be easily overlooked when I am happy with the food.
To be clear, most of the sandwiches I have gotten here have been very good. Just fix your frying! I will still be going when I have a taste for Burger King. Support something at least a little more locally owned.

Food is fine. Problem is that they always forget half my order every time. Stop freaking out at work, be calm, and read the order screen. Anything that's not fries or burgers is always left out of my order. Any time I buy mozzarella sticks, I don't get them. I ordered 2 cheesy tots and an 8 piece nugget and didn't receive any of them. Also missing the drink of the kids meal. This has been ongoing close to year.

Only one in the drive thru, and it still took 7 mins to get 2 breakfast sandwichs.
I waiting in line for five MIns before some one got on mic, person was very rude, and was rushing me, she was so worried about my drink, she messed up my order, I asked for onion rings and she gave me fires, so I had to go in, and she was so rude she said the order came with fries, I said I order onion rings she gave me onion rings, but I'm not got to that burger King, I'll fight the one on Grape or go to Elkhart before I go to east Lincoln way

I was in line for the drive through for over 15mins before left. With only one car in front of me and only one other in the parking lot. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to. It sucks because it's right down the street but after today I'm done and now I'm driving to Grape Rd which is a awesome place. Who ever is in charge of this place should be ashamed. PS this is not the first time this has happened but it will be the last and I'm telling everyone
