Every once in a while I deal with this place cause the foods good but yall mess my order up every single time original made like a rodeo with a large onion ring is impossible to get since I stopped working here years ago. Pay attention to the drive through orders nothing hurts business more than a wrong order idc if I wait longer just make the food right

Wow. I deleted a positive review from 9 years ago. Ordered the ultimate platters. Burned sausage, missing biscuit, missing syrup, no jam, dried out eggs and hash browns that felt old. Makes sense though they were extremely busy with me being the only customer in the drive thru (inside was completely empty too).
Last chance BK, this particular one has been long off my lunch rotation because of how incredibly slow they are. (5 minutes to get order taken with one car at the window and a long line of cars behind me), then another 5-10 minutes at the window. Pity too, used to be much better.

I love this Burger King! I go all the time. The staff is friendly and the food is normally really good! I visited today and basically everything was perfect. However, I'm writing this review because of the top bun on my Whopper. Serving this is some wicked work genuinely. What happened?? How did it even get so black? The bottom bun was perfectly fine too. I never write reviews but I was baffled by this!

Workers are rude and impatient while ordering. Atmosphere is 🗑. Absolutely no customer service skills. Waited 15 minutes for food. Sandwich were made sloppy.

Waited almost 45 minutes for 4 meals. Got every sandwich wrong 2 times. And after I brought my food in they are started screaming at each other! It was so unprofessional!!!!! Said the girl in the back is new but should know by now. And then would start yelling at her again because she made the food wrong… again. Absolutely horrible do NOT recommend this place. And to top it off the food was not at all fresh. What a loss

I asked for unsalted fries for my father who had just had a stroke due to blood pressure issues, I even told the crew member that I needed them unsalted and why and when I got my fries they were absolutely covered in salt! How hard is it to make unsalted fries?? This is the most unprofessional Burger King I have ever been to and the most incompetent. Do a better job guys!

Picked up an order around midnight, we pulled up and guy explained he was by himself. He was very sweet, asked if we needed anything, brought us our food and said everything we had ordered and made sure we had it, was by far the best experience ever at a Burger King. Was very quick at his job and sweet.

I’m giving this a 4 because they actually wear gloves when preparing foods unlike the one on Elkhart road across from McDonald. Every time I come here they always wear gloves. I refuse to go to the one on Elkhart road. Thank you for wearing gloves and being sanitary’
Let's just say if you're in a hurry don't eat there.. am group is a bit quicker.. lunch our people and dinner hour not fast service and sometimes we'll let you sit at the drive-thru order area for quite a few minutes before they'll get to you.

5 mins for someone to take your order in the drive thru speaker and 10 mins for them to give you your food with no cars smh just fired them

15 minutes just to get to the speaker for an online order with 1 car in front of me.
25 more minutes for an order placed almost 45 minutes ahead of time.
I literally seen 22 orders leave taco bell next door before they got mine to me. With 1 car in front of me. What an absolute joke!
