the fries are cold me and my mom ordered and only got one sandwich and we ordered two and the one sandwich isn’t even correct, we waited 30 minutes and watched the employees play around on the line

From the time I put my order in to the time I took to get to the window was about 15-17 min. No big deal right? Places get busy. But then I wait at the window for another 17 minutes nobody came say anything just waiting. I finally get my food and they are like one of your items take 6 minutes make I’m thinking I put my order in 32 minutes ago but all good have good day! But then I get home and whopper has onions I asked for no onions and it has no cheese then I ordered 8 pc jalapeños tots they give me 6! 32 min wait and shorted on food and food messed up! Keep up the good work!

40min wait in the drive thru for chicken fries and 2 drink. Beyond insane when there is 5+ standing at the board doing nothing. Two things are for sure. I’ll never go back to this location, and none of their competitors next door would make you wait that long without apologizing.

18 minutes is an unacceptable wait just to place an order when there was no one else in line. Rude Little Miss Sassy Pants taking the order didn’t make anything better by being mouthy with an aggravated customer. No thanks, I'll pass.
Junk food and poor service can be overlooked when it's fast and convenient, but you can't even manage that.

Honestly go to any of the fast food places in the area except this one. If you get the food you ordered it's going to take an hour. If you get your food quickly it's going to be wrong. These are your only options.

Pulled up to the drive thru, no other car was there they were not busy inside and was told “give me a sec”. Another truck pulled up to the second speaker and was also waiting to place order, after 5 minutes of waiting the truck pulled off. I waited an additional 3 minutes when I finally pulled up to the window I wasn’t greeted or apologized to for the wait instead with an attitude was told “you can’t order at the window”, I explained I was waiting for a while at the speaker and the employee just shook her head and said “well we were busy but you can’t order here you can go back around”. I come here a lot and never had such poor customer service. Employees looked very unhappy to be there unless it was because I’m Hispanic that she gave me such horrible attitude either way the service from her was disgusting!

This place could be a lot better if they got rid of Amber. I'd give 0 stars if possible. Have had previous issues with her, reported to corporate. Ordered custom sandwiches tonight, she saw us and made the order wrong on purpose. We could also hear her talking shit about us thru the window. Then she had some teenage gorilla stand at the window between us and her. Please fire her! And don't eat there!

All the burger king's around us have been in the toilet - the food has been subpar, the service has been ungodly slow here and placing a mobile order doesnt help the accuracy any more than placing it at the speaker or inside the restaurant anymore...super disappointing.

I went there today at around 4:30. There is some young kid working who was not pleasant at all. I gave a coupon for my order just for him to say I’ll do this one time because you’re supposed to say it at the speaker… to my knowledge as a customer how am I supposed to know? As I order my food I explained what I wanted on my Whopper Burger all for me to get to the window and for the worker to tell me “I knew I forgot something” so that’s already upsetting me because now I’m paying for something else that they forgot. & then I order a drink he goes to tell me last minute as he’s handing me the drink that I can’t have it because it’s not apart of the coupon. At this point this is becoming inconvenient. & also not to mention I asked for them to remake the burger since I had to pay for the cheese. They just threw the cheese on the burger I gave back that they asked for.. as I’m asking for a fresher made burger. I called to speak to a manager & the lines are “busy” I’m very dissatisfied. Especially as someone who works in customer service. Let’s to better.

This is honestly the worst. My boyfriend goes to the same café every single day and it’s always a problem. The night manager is extremely rude and she always gives us our food cold, even though we consistently order it well-done.”
Every once in a while I deal with this place cause the foods good but yall mess my order up every single time original made like a rodeo with a large onion ring is impossible to get since I stopped working here years ago. Pay attention to the drive through orders nothing hurts business more than a wrong order idc if I wait longer just make the food right
