HORRIBLE!! Even specifically ask for hot hashbrowns after telling them I’ve got cold hashbrowns two days in a row on my way to work. Now today my sandwich and my hashbrowns. This is the worst Burger King in our area. The one on grape Road is fantastic. Maybe they should send the managers up there to learn how to run their business.

my little niece has been really excited about the king fu panda collab from here, it’s one of her favorite movies and so i promised her i’d pick her up a meal for when she got out of school so she could get her toy she’s been wanting, i go today and i notice it’s not in the bag as i drive off, i come back and was met with absolute disrespect, they hid in the back from me and i had to shout hello for them to come up to the register while there was nobody else in the drive thru and only one couple in the dining room. They tell me it’s not their problem the store doesn’t have toys, i’ve worked fast food, it’s up to the MANAGER to keep up with inventory and make sure they don’t run out of things which this store is clearly not doing, the most frustrating part they wouldn’t even offer me a damn crown that were littered all over the store. Y’all are some horrible human beings, just remember you’re screwing over people who have just as much as you do which is not a lot in today’s economic climate. I wasn’t asking for much, just something to show up with for my niece. psa, if you have a kid who’s really looking forward to getting their toy from here make sure you call first so you don’t disappoint them because this store doesn’t care and falsely advertises which is predatory and sickening, what can i expect from a big corporation though right ?

After repeating my order four times. Giving him the code for my app four times. They wanted to charge me $4 more than what the offer was on the app. One asked why, I was told because that's what it rang up as. Wendy's thanks you for your incompetence because that's where we had breakfast.

So the only thing that I did not like. Was that I went through drive through. An the girl at the first window tolde I had to wait at her window till she told me I could pull forward. That rubbed me wrong. I was the only person in the line. But all that matters in the end my bag of food was fast an it was still hot an it was very good!!!

The manager is extremely rude she has short Grey hair. The food was cold and my child's nuggets were burned. Went to put him in a high chair it was full of pull but they had them in the cleaned area. All of the tables were dirty with food on the

they asked me, even though they are a multibillion dollar company, to donate money to some cause and i would get a coupon for a free drink. so i did it. then i tried using the coupon a few days ago and the manager refused to honor it because it expired the exact month they gave it to me. Beyond the fact it’s crazy they ask customers for donations- but the coupons they promise in return for donating expire within a week of receiving them. also annoying that the manager wouldn’t just give me the drink. she said if she gave me a drink then EVERYONE gets a free drink. what kind of manager handles issues this way? just ridiculous.

Ordered a whopper with extra toppings for extra money, got a burger with just ketchup and mayo, it was a cold flat burger, they couldn’t even remember the name for the order and it wasn’t even peak hours they only has a few customers. Their window waiting time is also the worst in the area, come on Burger King whats with this location?
