They accidentally deleted my order, then dealt with other orders first, then forgot items, then forgot I was waiting for those items again, even after reminding them, they forgot and kept saying sorry.
The people working at this location are a joke and constantly make mistakes. If possible go to any other location or the taco bell next door, which is actually a good one.

Interesting. It's Feb 21st, 2025 at 10:00pm. We have watched a total of 15 cars pull away & give up because no one is working or serving o doing anything. My bf & I sat in the line for 25 minutes before being attended to. While we drank our coke in the parking lot, legitimately dozens of people have swerved off mad giving up at these inadequate employees refusing to do their job. It's hilarious to watch. Need better training! We assumed the employees were mentally challenged.

I was irritated because I didn't get what I ordered, and can't help but wonder about the price difference. I ordered 2 sandwiches that were right. Two small fries, and a small drink. I got med. fries, and med. drink. It was all good, I didn't go back, but they definitely need to listen better, or ask if not sure. I thought the price was higher than it should have been. Guess I should have payed better attention as well. Check you recipe that it says what you ordered. Mine did not. It said what I got.
I have never in my life sat in a drive thru as long as I do here!!! And to top it not one person that works here acknowledges how long it takes them. From the moment I got in the drive thru until I got my food it took 36 mins!!!!!! And no one else was in the drive thru with me!!!!!!

I ordered 2 maple bbq whopper but they gave me 2 burger with no crispy onions jalapeno and bacon. This place need to remodel for how theg organize their order.
Opens 30 minutes late daily. Cook showed up 45 minutes late making me sit after i ordered for 10 minutes. Cashier was very nice but thats about all thats pleasent

Never go to this location. Slow, even with no one in line. Then they'll get your order wrong. Poor service is included. Seriously, never go to this location. It's worth the drive down grape Rd if you really want bk.
