The boy at the window was just on his phone not taking any orders I was waiting for 20 mins or longer on the speaker The same boy I saw him sleeping in the lobby while the other workers worked. Never see him doing anything when he working tbh he’s either in a rush to sit down and get on his phone, in his phone at the drive thru window ignoring the speaker, or sleeping in the lobby or I see him sitting in the lobby on his phone as well.

Long wait times on the drive thru. Missing items or wrong items get thrown in your bag. When reaching out to customer care team, they say they take feedback seriously - but each time we have gone it hasn't changed - we've only been here a few times, visits were spread out. Will gladly drive to the BK on Grape Road or on Lincoln Way and 933 if it means getting quicker and more accurate service.

Good food, orders are always hot and fresh tasting. Crispy fries and love the cheesy tots. Cant beat the Oreo shakes either. I think BK is on its way to Killin it and beating McD's on value and deliciousness.

Me an my best friend go here a lot at around midnight to 1 in the morning do to we do a lot of night driving an every time they mess something up but tonight September 3rd we went thru the drive through the girl taking our order had an attitude with us the we sat at the window to pay for ten minutes before the girl even came to the window for us to pay she was sitting on Snapchat (we could see her screen) faced away from the window then when we got our food they gave us the complete wrong food we went back thru to have it fix we sat there for 20+ minutes bc we weren’t the only ones needing our food fixed when we finally got the right food it was pink this establishment needs major help an new management bc these managers just let anything slide I’ve also added a picture of my friends burger that was pink in half of it before you go to drive off check your food at the window
