I prefer Caribou over all coffee but this location can never honor perks or rewards. They can never put in the deal &they make you pay full price even when you show your app, they say while you're instore or in drive-thru well you have to order ahead. Other coffee places seem to always figure out how to ring up deals.

We just moved to the area from SC, so this is my very first experience. I downloaded the app and I placed a mobile order. I arrived and waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru. I saw an employee about 5 mins in but she didn't acknowledge me at all. So I was chillin, I kept waiting. When she finally came to the window she said, that'll be $9 and something. I told her I hadn't spoke to anyone thus far and that I'd been waiting. There was no apology and I left very disappointed, I was looking forward to enjoying their coffee and this location as it's on my way to work.

First time and last time. To the hateful, unhelpful female working today 5/25 at 1030am. You had zero reason to treat my bf the way you did. I was on the phone. He went in and asked for a 64oz growler of cold pressed. She nastily told him this isn’t starbucks as if its not on Caribous online menu and treated him as if he was stupid and beneath her. The way she spoke to him was condescending and rude. He did order two 32oz cups of cold pressed and TOLD her to put nothing in it. She could not follow one simple instruction and proceeded to put ice in it, he just took it and left so he didn’t have to deal with her rude hateful attitude any longer. If I had heard one of my employees dealing with a customer like that, I’d have fired her on the spot.

Caribou coffee is outstanding! So much better flavors and options than Starbucks. The food is also a big step up. I'm a huge fan. They are expensive ... same price point as Starbucks ... but much better quality and taste so at least I feel like I got what I wanted.
