Charleys Cheesesteaks

I am a washer. I was too working. The dude with the glasses the other day was rude as hell. I asked for help to reach something that I couldn't reach. N instead of being a gentleman n helping he stood there.
Now anytime I get a an order in dash to go to this place I skip it.

Work on your manners then maybe reviews would be better

As soon as I walked up to the counter to place my order, the counter girl walked away to take a call. I stood there for about 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. No one said anything to me or apologize for the inconvenience. If you have an emergency phone call, at least acknowledge the customer and let them know it’s an emergency and someone will be right with you or something. Then it took another 5 minutes to make my cheese and bacon fries which was all that I ordered. This is not a good look.

5/9/2025 bad customer service very rude , forget items had an attitude on replacing the food , nobody speak good English store needs to do better !! have an manager around

We love their turkey and bacon sandwich! Add some onions and that's a chefs kiss! Everything is cooked right in front of you and the smells are fantastic. The service seems strictly business, which is fine, but it'd be nice to have some more friendly interaction with the employees.

Overall the place is not friendly and has poor service.
After waiting for a long time we were not given the food and people ordering after us were served before us.
The server was super rude and was constantly ignoring me. No one at the place was answering us and responding to us. I asked for calling the manager and she was consistently rude about no one's here why are you still talking about it.

Food is trash, far from what's advertised.

I'm very upset because I ordered almost 20 dol and they have never charged me for the hot sauce. This girl asked me to pay 75 cent, it's not the money, but I see this young man arrive and I look and he goes straight to her and asks for food, she serves him and he doesn't pay. I ask the ironer if that guy can come down there and he tells me that he is not the girl's boyfriend and well that is wrong to give him the order just because he is the boyfriend and he charges me that, but look at the managers and store number 578 inside University Park Mall in Mishawaka In I will never eat at esye restaurant again

Huge Cheese Steak Fan. BUT, This Is By Far The Absolute WORST Philly I've Ever Had.. EVER ! There is no flavor. And my meat was texture that of leather. Nasty. I'll never go back.

Rude employees . Never returning again, bad first impression. The guy that was cooking the food started yelling and banging on stuff bc they started making it before we were finished and had to change the order . You also can’t ask questions bc they look at you like your stupid . Never been here before and will never return . I was so upset that we just threw the food away. Bad customer service
