I was not impressed with waiting on our waitress or the food being a bit over cooked, also the food portions are great if your 70+ or feeding a child but the few times I've been here seems the portions are small...besides that the atmosphere is great its business/casual

Some of the best restaurant food ever. Went to dinner with nieces and cousins. The server we had was amazing kind quick didnt even ask for a refill she was on it. At the end of the meal she brought the bills offered to run our.credit cards and then proceeded to tell us she didnt deserve a tip she felt. She felt she did not give us great service. We left her over 50.dollars in tips.. we could not have had better service. I was so impressed ..i will be going back there. For the food and service.. the onion rings are the best by the way

Cheddar's scratch kitchen is my favorite place to eat
A quick overnight trip with my husband and we stopped in here for dinner. We were told the wait was only 20 min but ended up waiting 45. Our waitress was awesome! She was very sweet and attentive. I had the steak and chicken combo with broccoli casserole and baby carrots and my husband had steak and potato with cheese fries. Food was decent for the price. Parking was messed up, carry out was right in front of the door where handicap should have been.

My friend and I stopped in for a quick bite to eat. They were busy, but we got in pretty fast. We sat down and I ordered ribs and chicken and my friend ordered a hamburger medium well when she received her hamburger, it was raw so she sent the hamburger back 25 minutes later she still did not receive her hamburgers. I was already done eating so we asked the waitress and she said she’s sorry. She forgot to check on it and they’re working on it now so I asked to see a manager and the manager came over and took it off our bill and then. Gave my meal half price I think this is not how a well establishment place should be treating their customers the waitress cannot help how they cook the food but she should be checking on it if it was a refire I just hope you guys do better because she never wants to come back there again thanks

We have been to Cheddar's several times and have never had an issue. We have loved everything from the food to service to the atmosphere. But last night we went with a couple of friends. The food was not even close the normal for them. I ordered my usual Buffalo ranch chicken wrap. My wrap had lettuce that was very finely chopped like coleslaw ( even tasted like coleslaw with out sauce). I asked for extra pickles and didn't get them. The chicken is normally in strips, mine was cut in large pieces. There is normally ranch seasoning on top of the wrap, there wasn't. The fries usually have a nice seasoning on them, but last night were very salty. My friend ordered a hamburger with a medium well cook. It came to him and when he took a bite it was raw. He sent it back, they remade the burger and it was still raw. Needless to say he pretty much just ate fries and some of the appetizer. The waitress was very nice and removed his meal from the bill. We will definitely eat there again and give it another shot, but I really hope that this is not the new norm for this restaurant, because that would be very disappointing.
