Found a piece of card board in my salad, I thought it was chicken I almost ate it. Second time I found hair in my ice cream. They should be checked for safe food handling. I’m trying to figure who to call to report health violations. I called the store several times and left a voicemail to speak with manager with no response. I’ll never visit that location again.

they decided to have renovations and due to them being unorganized on DoorDash orders and where dashers have to go to get the orders i was waiting over an hour for my kids food because dashers didn’t want to wait and i was unaware til i was finally assigned a very amazing dasher who was willing to wait and communicate what was happening. they told her i had to cancel and replace order due to somehow some way my order was thrown away and worst part they REFUSED to remake the order. I then had to wait an additional 30 mins so approx 2 hours in total (:

When your at chick-fil-a in Mishawaka and the manager sends one of the employees out to not only the table I was at but 3 other tables and everyone. That in the exact words... "we are getting ready to close. Would like any bags for your things. We need you to leave now. Just like that. Kicked three whole families out. You would have thought they would have said something when we ordered. Or maybe locked the door 15 minutes early to accommodate people that ordered food and want to enjoy eating it. Guess they needed us to leave so they could sit on their assistant and eat.
Employees are rude, food was cold, waited 20 minutes for a drink, didn’t give us any of the sauce we asked for, there were literally SIX fries in the LARGE fry we ordered. I PUT ONE STAR. It keeps changing when I post it.
Parking: People take up multiple spots. And drive thru blocks half of the open spots so you can’t back out
