I had waited in line for nearly if not an hour, it was ridiculous. I understand that it was a busy day on Christmas eve especially inside the mall, but there's no way people who came 20+ minutes after me kept getting their food first. I had asked 4 different times if my food was ready and they kept saying it wasn't and to keeping waiting because the system was acting up or whatever cause it's been busy. It wasn't until I had enough of waiting like an idiot and asked for my money back that the cashiers brought the cook out the kitchen and finally explained my situation and she got straight to making my food. Once my food was finally given shortly after, they also gave me a card for a free sandwich next time to make up for it. It was not worth a whole hour of my time as I literally finished the entire meal in not even 5 minutes. Step your game up Chic Fil A, very disappointed you managed to practically ignore my order.
