Not sure what the deal is, but this is a far cry from the standard that the south bend location sets. Coffees are noticeably weak, can't taste the flavors in the specialty drinks, and they are perpetually out of the signature bourbon syrup. I got better coffee from the gas station near by.Food is good though.

Unfortunately, they close whenever they feel they are ready to go home. We just stopped by at 8:30pm for a coffee and it was closed already.

Had the monthly brunch and everything was beyond “on point”. Management leads by example and details are in place.
Not enough food was prepared. Ran out. When I asked if there was any chicken available (buffet style) server said no. There was 1 piece per person. Not all chicken pieces are same size. For $20 per person one expects a full

I ordered their Christmas dinner, and was extremely disappointed. The ham was extremely fatty, the beef had no flavor and mashed potatoes were runny. I ended up throwing the majority of the dinner away Except for the mac & cheese. That was good. For $150, I would’ve thought their food would’ve been better.

Excellent chicory coffee, pleasant atmosphere, and super friendly service! Highly recommend!
Let's start with the beignets! I have never in my entire life tasted beignets like this. It tastes, and looks like a piece of deep fried toast, burnt on the bottom, harden, gummy in the middle not flaky at all with dried powdered sugar on top, not appetizing at all. Then let's talk about the gumbo half of a shrimp and probably four cut up pieces of sausage for nine Dollars highway robbery !!!Avocado BLT, dry and flavorless

Ordered Thanksgiving meal. Picked up order and staff painstakingly reviewed order and cooking instructions. Pumpkin Pie in closed box that showed "keep frozen " was placed on top items in a bag. In travel back to house box shifted. When I got home, pie filling spilled everywhere inside the bag. There was about 1/4 cup of filling left to cook. Either pie was taken out of freezer too early when orders prepared for pick-up or never frozen. Very disappointing. Chicory does such a good job. Surprised this happened.

Tasty on all fronts. Coffee drinks and Louisiana-influenced dishes along with some other classics.
