The food area was pretty dirty. You can tell they are sloppy and careless. There's foreign food droppings mixed in with sour cream and in other foods as well. The whole food station was kinda gross looking. Chips are stale. The steak is spicy. Less than impressed.

Have been coming here a lot, the only complaint is the chips are always stale. Burritos are great just wish the chips were fresh.

Hands down the best guacamole, pico de gallo, cheese queso sometimes kind of spicy 🥵 and burritos make me at least gain a pound or two if you haven't had it yet you have got to try it 😁

Purchased a fountain drink and all of the containers were empty. Tried to pay cash, spent over $50 in food and wouldn't take a $100 bill. I looked everywhere for a sign, and there wasn't one stating they wouldn't take cash, or $100 bills. Non friendly staff. Food is expensive, not worth it, especially the kids meals.

I wont ever go here again. Our host was Phillip and he used the spoon he was making our food with as a tool to remove things and scrapped old food then continued using the spoon making orders, he threw the old food stuck on the counter on the floor and when he brung out new sour cream it was chunky. Not a clean environment! We also ordered a kids meal and didn’t get the drink or the side with it.

Absolutely terrible experience at this location. They barely put any rice, beans, or meat in my bowl. The worker literally patted the rice down so it just barely covered the bottom of the bowl. I asked for a side of chips and they said the only chips they had were for mobile orders? Then I get home to finally eat my tiny amount of food, and the rice is so hard it tastes barely cooked. For a $15+ dollar dinner, this is unacceptable. I could have went to Taco Bell and got more food for half the price and better quality. Will not be visiting here again.

The greatness varies from visit to visit. Sometimes it's awesome, sometimes it's ok. The consistency isn't there, for a chain type restaurant. The guacamole needs help every time.

This place is just terrible, the customer service is got awful. They act like you inconveniencing them by being there lol. Chipotle doesn’t have the best reputation but this one so when a prize for one of the worst restaurants in Mishawaka. Half the stuff is out or low, portions are all over the place. Hopefully this deters people from eating there and the employees get what they want, an empty store.

I don’t think one single part of my order was right. Made a bowl instead of a burrito for my kid. Forgot ingredients in my bowl. Offered me taco shells as my chips. Then I asked if I could buy red salsa and sour cream as a side because it wasn’t in the app and the cashier told me it was. I said I couldn’t find it and she said it’s in the app. I looked again after I left and it’s not there.

Picked up my online order got home and was missing the new ranch on the side and my bowl had no cheese what’s so ever. My husband had ordered guacamole on his burrito and also didn’t have any. We paid extra for those things and wasted our money.
I work 12 hours and the last thing I want to do is go back to complain. This also isn’t the first time they mess up my order through online pick up
