Chaotic... I guess it's supposed to be that way.

Kid-friendliness: It's for kids & kid parties.

I used to have most of my birthday parties here, but on my most recent visit I learned of the... absence... of my favorite Make Believe Band. Without the stage and the animatronics there's really no reason to go anymore. Not to mention the phase out of Tokens. I had thousands saved up :(

If you want Chuck E. Cheese pizza, just order it on a food app. It'll be under the name Pasqually's Pizza & Wings.

If you want the arcade experience, go to a better one.

Kid-friendliness: Of course a kid's birthday pizzeria is going to be open and inviting to children.

We had our daughters birthday party here tonight! It was the worst experience from a parents standpoint. We arrived at 2:50pm when the party started at 3pm. We got there and saw the seats were set up (which was the only thing that was coordinated mind you). We set up and the kids are eager to get to playing. It wasnt for us being there a good 20 minutes we got the wristbands for them to play. After a bit of playing the kids asked for drinks. I had to ask the hostess for more cups as the only cups at the table were the childrens cups. We had three pictures of soda. I thought it would be common sense to include addidtional cups for the adults (aparently not). After an hour the kids are asking where our food is. Mind you we made this reservation and put in the pizza order 2 weeks in advance. We waited til 4:15 to get 3 out of the 4 pizzas we requested. At which point i asked about when the ice cream would happen. She kept saying she was going to grab it right now, 20 minutes goes by shes nowhere to be found and still no icecream! Its time for us to leave and the chuck e cheese mouse made his appearance. Here it is 10 minutes after 5 and were still here waiting for the ticket blaster experience apart of our package. As were collecting the kids and redeeming their tickets for prizes i tried explaining to the young girl that they would like their prizes and tickets to be counted seperate in which she chose to ignore me so im trying to get the process over with and the kids begin fighting about how their prizes will be in the same bag. It was just a disaster! Why even have a party cooridnator contact parents if they wont be the one directing involved in the party? Nothing was cooridnated! The hostess acted like she hadnt worked there long and didnt have a direct answer for anything. To make matters worse were standing in line to pay for the party and the girl asks us if we still wanted our last pizza that she just had them put it in?! She had told me we couldnt stay much past 5 because there was supposed to be another party! Nonetheless we will not be holding another party there EVER! It was such a total shit show!

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with the experience my family had at your establishment on Saturday, 1/25, at approximately 11:45 AM (this is the time we got to the prize counter). While we enjoyed the games, the customer service at the prize counter was absolutely unacceptable and ruined what should have been a fun outing for my kids.

The employee at the prize counter, who said her name was Kylee (though I wouldn’t be surprised if that’s not accurate), displayed an attitude that has no place in a customer-facing role. It started when another customer asked about his pizza. Kylee left to find a manager but came back saying, “I can’t find a manager, so I don’t know—you’ll just have to wait.” Then she turned to me and, with clear irritation, asked, “Well, what do you need?”

I told her we wanted to cash out our tickets (we had 750), and things went downhill from there. As my kids picked out their prizes, she completely ignored their requests. For example, my daughter specifically asked for pink vampire teeth, but Kylee gave her green ones. When I politely asked if we could exchange them for pink—because I could clearly see pink ones in the case—she flat-out lied and said, “We only have green.” When I pointed out the pink ones, she rudely said, “I already scanned it, so you have to take it.”

Her tone, attitude, and refusal to provide even the most basic level of customer service left me angry and shocked. I’ve worked in restaurant management for over 10 years, and if one of my employees behaved like this, I would absolutely want to know. This isn’t just a minor inconvenience; this kind of behavior reflects poorly on your business as a whole.

We ended up leaving without even using all of our tickets because we were so uncomfortable. I sincerely hope you address this situation—and Kylee—immediately. Families come here to have fun, not to deal with rude, unprofessional employees who clearly don’t care about their job or the people they’re serving.

Staff was SUPER ACCOMMODATING! We got the Megaplay package. Ms. Sam the manager was extraordinarily kind and efficient. Our daughter has Down syndrome and this was one of the best experiences she’s ever had. She was joined by a 10yrs old, 6yr old, 4yr old, and 1yr old. Chuck-E The rat was so great with her and she really enjoyed dancing and grooving with him. Every service provided was prompt and the pizza and dippin dots ice cream was delicious. Our 1yr old didn’t want to leave Chucky, lol. We just had an amazing time; amazing staff, no rush, no pressure, just good-ole fun for our kids. God bless and thank you

Waist of time, money and energy. Water cups? Must purchase, ‘we’re having inventory issues’. Sit on foam stairs to watch your kids jump in an empty trampoline cage. ‘Not allowed, stand up, managers rules’. Can’t do this, can’t do that. Not to mention our pizza ‘got stuck’ but human error is different, it’s the sheer lack of acknowledgement towards parents and children for me. What is the point anymore??? No wonder it’s empty.

Brought our daughter here for her 4th birthday - we chose the 10am-12pm slot which was perfect! Even with another large party going on, our smaller party still had plenty of room and received attentive/friendly service from the staff. Our party host was amazing - we really wish we could remember her name so we could give the shout out!

1. The food we ordered came out quickly - the host did a great job of making sure we ate when we wanted to so we didn’t feel rushed through the game play time or other aspects of the party experience. Speaking of food, the pizza was hot and delicious which was a pleasant surprise!
2. Chuck E Cheese mascot came out and of course paid extra attention to the birthday stars but also did a great job of paying attention to the additional guests as well. The staff was energetic as well during the dancing/singing which was great for the kiddos to feel more comfortable to be silly/have fun :)
3. All of the facilities were clean and there was a large option of games for all ages/interests. The trampolines are also a very nice replacement for the ball pits that used to be there!
4. The staff did a great job of paying extra attention to the front door area - making sure kids weren’t going outside on their own or with an adult they did not come in with.

Honestly, just a great experience all around - we really feel like we got our money’s worth and will be taking our son for his next birthday per his request! Even our guests commented on how great of a time they had. Would recommend for sure to others!

I had a 2yr old Birthday party...Spent good money and with my guest helping serving and had to wait over a hr for the food. It was a mess. When you pay good for a party and don't get the help you paid for..I will tell people to go somewhere else for a party 😔

The food is alright, the staff is friendly but very understaffed. The games are affordable and super fun!! $10 for the trampolines are a bit steep and the food is pricey but the kids love it.
