Big Mike was amazing! We had such a great experience thanks to him. He was patient, upbeat, and made sure everything ran smoothly. You can really tell he loves what he does—he kept the kids laughing and made the whole visit fun and stress-free. If you go to Chuck E. Cheese, definitely hope you get Big Mike. He deserves all the recognition!

I had an amazing experience at Chuck E. Cheese for my son’s 1st birthday! The manager, Mike, was super helpful the whole time. He kept checking on us, making sure we had everything we needed, and really made the day run smooth. The staff was nice, the place was clean, and my baby had the best time. Thanks to Mike, the party was a big success. I definitely recommend this location!

We went her for my daughter’s birthday and things have definitely changed. The staff are to busy to help first off because they are to busy on their phones. Second it definitely wasn’t the cleanest. Third the ticket prizes are crap… barely anything. I did however like the card vs coins and you get a hour to do what you want. Glad I made her day but definitely will not be back.

I know we don't have much in Mishawaka and South bend even though they are starting to make more things to do around here for kids but come on Chuck e cheese really.... Took the kids there to have a good time as usual come to find out most of the games either out of order or you would scan your card and it would take your your points and didn't even work so kids were limited not only in games they play but lost points to play ones that do and it's not like they're going to give you your money back and say oh I'm sorry nope you get what you get 😔

Staff are overwhelmed and doing their best. Our birthday party and those next to us were not cared for. No ice cream, it took about two hours for our full order. They over book birthday parties and cannot manage. Super sad. Chuckee came out and did not want to interact with the children. 😒

We had a birthday party here. The kids loved it. Pizza was great, games were ok, prices were decent. Around 12 kids plus adults ~ $350.

The staff’s service is terrible I ordered a pizza and a small order of wings, and it took them more than 40 minutes even though we were the only ones there. On top of that they made the wrong pizza which seems intentional so the employees can eat it, since I saw them hiding near the bathrooms eating the same pizza they messed up, not even one person apologized for the bad service or the long wait. We won’t be coming back even though my family really enjoys the games.
We had my son’s birthday party on 10/5. Our two hostess were amazing. Very sweet and did so much for our table. The ticket blaster was so much fun and for what we got, it was a really good price. However, the manager James was awful. When we first got in we heard him tell an employee to “move it over there, dummy.” And then when we complained that the salad bar lettuce was brown and slimy, he said that’s how it is because they wash it. We had to complain 2 more times for him to tell us it’d take an hour to get a new one. He was being rude to a child because he didn’t know what prize he was asking for. He just did not seem nice to staff or customers. We come here quite often as we are silver members and really enjoy big Mike I believe his name is!

When we got inside we waited at the front door for about twenty minutes on someone to stamp our hands. However no showed up so we let ourselves in. We wenr to the counter and waited another twenty minutes just to get 45 minutes of play time because the prices were super high on everything. When we got ready to leave we had to wait at the counter for another twenty minutes. After playing 45 minutes we only had 60 points. We could only get one super small airhead that was 60 points. I know I have been here in a while but the service is horrible and the prices are way to much for what is offer at this establishment.
