Tried to order a coffee but since it was an hour before close, it switched it to the next morning pick up without telling me before I ordered it. My daughter tried to pick it up and they told her they can’t switch it from the next morning and I needed to cancel the order in the app…. Which isn’t an option. The only option is to call the store, where they said they can’t do anything and I have to contact the owner for a refund in the morning. Not sure why they couldn’t just look at the order confirmation and give her the coffee and be done with it

Went to purchase a 4 pack, employee said they couldn't sell me it, I asked why said they didn't have any large boxes. I asked to put them in 4 indvidual boxes. He said he would have to charge me for 4 individual. I asked to put all 4 in 1 box then he said no I would still be charged for 4....... so you advertiste a 4 pack and cant sell it ok.

I came here when they opened and the environment was FABULOUS, however; After coming here a second time, my cinnabon was not cooked all the way through on the bottom, the employees looked irritated to be working, you could see the one guy sigh when he had to stop talking to his friend to come help me order. Not as friendly and welcoming as it use to be.

I had been waiting for Cinnabon to come to our area for ages and it’s finally here and I couldn’t be more happier!the staff, the service,the quality and taste,everything is top notch!my family and I go every other day to purchase their yummy Cinnamon rolls!nothing can beat their taste!I recommend everyone in our area to go and give them a try!you won’t be disappointed.
