We have been wanting to try this place for weeks! A coworker and I went today and ordered bowls and she ordered a smoothie ( they gave her the wrong size )
No receipt!
The whole atmosphere is horrible, employees are rude and not welcoming or friendly at all! Our first and last time going to this over priced place!
Whoever that older lady was at the register 2/24/26 @ 2pm- girl customer service is not for you! Consider a different career! Know that you get paid bc of all of us! So just smile or get a man or something. :)

We wanted to love it. The idea of everything fresh and nutrional is amazing. We need more restaurants like that. However, the service was terrible. The employees were not welcoming or friendly at all. When we were given the bag with our food, it was a mess and leaking everywhere. We added spinach to one of our smoothies and paid a $4 upcharge. No spinach was added. Everything tasted good but we won't be back unfortunately.

Went in at 7:05, didn’t get my food until 7:55. Only 3 people working and entirely understaffed. They “ran out of chicken”so the food got backed up. I watched a worker handle raw meat, not change her gloves and then put lettuce on a taco with the same gloves. Very unprofessional and not safe.

Went to corelife to grab a quick takeout dinner on the way home. I was around #4 in line, and waited 45 minutes for my order to be taken. Online orders seem to be given higher priority vs. in person customers, which is fine, but if that's the standard that needs to be communicated so people can shop elsewhere. There were 2 people working in the entire restaurant, and they were pleasant and doing their best, but obviously understaffed and overworked. I will be reconsidering before shopping here again.

I'd never been, but got off work late and hadn't had anything to eat...staff seemed annoyed/ bothered I came in and didn't know where/how to order as a newby, they also have a ALOT to choose from and as a new person I just didn't know how it goes...it's also pricy but delicious...just wish someone would have been friendlier or welcoming

Everytime I order from this place I’m always disappointed. I truly believe that no matter if you go in or order take out or delivery they always either give way to much of the base ingredient of the bowl or they give to little of everything in the bowl. Why can’t we have some consistency somewhere. This place used to be so good but management has changed the place so much that there is no more consistent bowl portions. I don’t even want to eat this because of the disappointment. However when you walk in everything feels right it’s like an illusion spell has been cast to make it seem okay but underneath it’s not. In the picture the bowl has not been touched or tampered with in anyway.

First time I came there it was great so I decided to bring in my daughter and grandaughter....food was good, the young guy that was making our food was nice, very polite, and very helpful with our questions. But what did not make us happy was the 2 women that were working....very cold and a lil rude....the one that rang us up acted kinda like it was and inconvenience. And when we order our smoothies got one wrong...that was human...I understood, we had 3. Then when I pointed out the young man apologized and let them know and said well we have to throw it out anyway u can keep it...we did and few min later a older woman came out and took it rudely....when we got the remade one it was not thick like a smoothie but more like water and tasted like oatmilk only.....we just were so disappointed that we just left since we had finished eating 10 min prior...I was so happy to bring them there but wasn't happy with most of the service....

Usually get take out using Doordash. Frustrating as they have the take out bags facing them but they act sorta rude when you are trying to pick up our takeout and sometimes I give the name but they claim it isn't ready when it really is ready but they don't take the time to look and I can't see it because all the receipts are facing them. Super frustrating.

Sometimes it is hit or miss with how fast this place is. But I've always enjoyed the food here, and I've never had anyone be rude. Really hope they sort out any staff shortage issues, because the food is unique and delicious!
