Have to walk in, because the last time I was there at the drive thru, the window attendant couldnt focus due to her phone. So, went in, followed by an employee that opened the second door for me. He proceeded to take my order. I paid. Observed... the same gloves for door, order, over to the drive thru window. After 2 employees asked if I needed help after I went to get my coke (which was spurting other liquid-chose a different product and advised a young worker about the issue) Then the young male attendant that waited on me came over to ask me if he could help me. I advised you took my order and just waiting on it. He turned around and bagged the order and handed to me. Now all of that sounds decent. Until....you observe that same individual opened the door, took my order on the cash register, went to the drive thru window, and bagged my food with the same gloves. Assuming now he has used the same gloves since the beginning of his shift. Last time I go to McKinley Ave Culvers. This may not be a big deal to some but the cleanliness is to me and my family.

Today I just had my BEST Culver experience ever. We went in thinking average about Culver’s but one of the employees took upon themself to make it our best experience and went above and beyond of what is expected. Not only did CAM make sure our food was ordered fast and fresh, his charisma and positive attitude brought so much more light to our day. He made sure we left as happy or if not more HAPPY than what we entered. He always checked on us, and he made sure we had a good deal when ordering. ON TOP OF THAT, he even went out his way to hold the door for us in our way out. SERVICE 10/10. Cam deserves recognition and a raise for his great contribution to the Culver’s family as well as for his uplifting attitude.

Everytime I have come here since it has opened (about once a month) they leave something out of my order. They repeat my order to me at least 3 times and still always something is missing. Food is always delicious, if I get it ?

Poor customer skills displayed and tables still dirty from lunch at 3 PM. Not typical for this location but today's visit was a disappointment.
I'm do not know who was working the grill on 7/31/24 @ 4:26pm when I ordered, but that person needs to be the only one cooking! That was the best seasoned Culver's burger I've EVER had!!!!!

This place was ok a couple of times, but the last two times I’ve been there everything has been terrible. It looks like this place is run by teenagers who don’t care. They handed me an overflowing root beer float which spilled in my lap and all over my center console. No help was given and no good gesture was given, like maybe a refund for my troubles. I had to wait for an extra 10 minutes. They wouldn’t even remake my dinner so I had a cold, soggy sandwich. Horrible, just horrible customer service. Maybe they need an adult manager who’s actually managing these kids.
