I came through the drive with my husband on 1/31 and was not satisfied with the customer service. The food was good. The employee at the window was rude instead of greeting me she asked "Can I have the coupon?" She seemed in a big hurry to get us out of there. If anyone gets a coupon in the mail for $5.99 4 piece tender meal the drink is not included the small drink is $3.99. You end up paying over $9.00.

Portions were super small. The dining room was a mess even though workers were standing around. It took a while for our online order that I placed ahead of arriving to even get started. Overall, it was just OK.

Bought an ice cream cake for bay party. Big hit! It was Wednesday and 50 percent off which was an added bonus. My favorite is the cookie center. Highly recommend it for all occasions or just because!!! The service was friendly and very helpful as well.

My husband went through drive thru and ordered two items......one of which was a hot fudge sundae. When handed the items, the hot fudge sundae was a chocolate shake. When he said, this isn't a hot fudge sundae, the girl said yes it is. No, it's not. Yes it is. Admit you made the wrong thing and offer to make it right. Nope..... I got chocolate shake. 😡 Train better.
