Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Went through Drive thru, only one car behind me, made both of us wait in pull off line.
They made me wait until both meals were ready (almost 10 extra minutes) then brought me a Luke warm burger and fries.
It is sad that I knew to leave 15 early for work knowing almost anywhere I go anymore that "customer service " is a thing of the past...

I stopped here on 1/3/25 @1:13 pm no one was in the drive through I Ordered 2 for $7 double cheese burgers with extra pickles and ketchup I had to pay $0.10 each for the extra pickles, well I got 6 pickles! I noticed Someone a month ago got 4 pickles I don't know if they ordered extra or not but if I paid 10 cents for 2 stinkin pickles 👎 And this is what they looked like when I opened them, "notice" all the ketchup was in the wrapper and not on the sandwich So I was kind of disappointed with the mess they left me called
"a double cheese burger" 😕👎

We ordered a birthday cake for Yesterday and when we went to pick it up it wasn’t even done. They didn’t make it! They told us to come back in an hour but that was the time of the party. We already paid for it 3 days beforehand. They didn’t even refund us instead we had to pick a store cake and we got dilly bars.

Foods is usually exactly what you'd expect however it seems when they get busier @ this location they start making mistakes alot more.

I mean yeah that makes a little sense but it can't be the norm!
It's a obvious problem, try an address it somehow. So I can not be mad at you! Because I like you to much lmbo!

Nice location people are nice, I like when you get a cheeseburger and the meat is hot and it's a thicker burger, than other places. Hey 7 bucks this is a winner in my book a drink, fries, Sunday and a sandwich. More than I can eat.

Pulled up in the drive thru for blizzards and was told they don't sell blizzards anymore at this location. No ice cream at a dairy queen?

Food was fresh and hot. Made to order. The staff was very attentive and quick with service. Restaurant was clean

It makes me feel bad to write this review because the staff is always so kind to us. I have to just incase someone else experiences it, that way they can get clarity. The past few times my bf and I have gotten food at this dq we’ve gotten sick afterwards. The past couple times we didn’t know if it was the dq or something else we ate. Today it was the only thing we ate. Ate my meal, took a nap, and woke up to my stomach hurting bad. Blew up my toilet from both ends so bad the color temporarily stained the toilet. No doubt it’s because of the food this time. Same for my bf. The bathroom experience I just had makes me never want to eat dq again. Didn’t even have a blizzard this time? it was either the ranch or tenders…

Food tasted like it had sat out all afternoon, nothing fresh about it

blizzards consistently have 5-10 pieces of whatever mix in a half inch deep then the rest is plain ice cream regardless of size or paying for extra

This has to be one of the worst run DQs ever. They're either out of an ice cream flavor, or a size, tonight I couldn't get Oreo - half their menu for Blizzards is some kind of Oreo.

I didn't know it took 25 minutes to make 2 large blizzards and 1 small blizzard with an empty inside and nobody in the drive through but these unmotivated individuals clocked in and decided today was their day to be dull and slow.
