This place is horrible. They are either closed or out of stuff whenever i come. This place would be better if it just shut down completely. Drive the extra mile and go to Scooters coffee.

Total 5 STARS to Kryslynn that works there!! I come thru the drive there everyday and saw she was drinkin from a glitter cup!! 😲OMG!!! I ABSOLUTELY HAD TO HAVE IT (it matches my actual truck) but Dunkin was no longer sellin them! I was crushed!!! A few weeks later I came thru the drive thru and she surprised me with a brand new one!!! She had took it upon herself to search for one for me!!! I had left there that 1st day and looked for one online and found only a few of them but they were used and EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE!!!! She only charged me the $24.99 for a brand new one! This girl NEEDS a raise!!! She is an awesome employee!!!!!! Went wayyyyyy above and beyond!! Thank u, thank u, thank u Kryslynn! 😘💝

This location can never get an order right. We have gone here probably over 20 times since they have opened and probably 80% of the time they get our order wrong with the food. Avocado bacon toast never have the bacon on it. Egg cheese sausage or bacon sandwiches always are missing any extra meat your order and PAY EXTRA for. We have had MISSING items from our order. The only items they get right are drinks. The works needs to actually read the orders before throwing items into a bag.

Do Not Go There. If I could give them ZERO stars, I would. I do not recommend this location, for anything, ever. Honestly, I think they should close, or start over with people that care, even just a little bit. They should be embarrassed about their burnt to hell and greasy food. I will never go there again and I will be openly suggesting others NOT to.

I go to this place for breakfast every day. I order the same bread every day. Since I changed a baker, I asked her to double the toster. The first two times, she didn't give me any. The bread was just warm. Today, my croissant was burnt. I said I wanted a crispy croissant. She didn't seem to understand English. She was an Indian. The second time, it was burnt again. I said it was inedible if it was burnt. Then her mouth kept talking to herself. She spoke Indian that I couldn't understand. I guess she said something bad about me. The third time, she gave me a warm croissant. Then a male Indian gave it to me. He looked very unhappy. The baker didn't even know the temperature. He didn't even have basic training.
Went into Dunkin’ Donuts on Lincoln Way in Capitol today had a young girl working there named Lexi. She was super super attentive no issues got you and got you out. That’s the way you like it.

Definitely a good staff here at the time of review. I got my first drink faster than I could pull out my card to pay. The woman running the register was kind, had a good sense of humor and was patient definitely very customer oriented. All the workers were busy and conducted themselves professionally and one even asked if I had everything while my second drink was being made which I thought was nice. Maybe my standards are low because I've received poor customer service from other restaurants lately but I definitely felt appreciated as a customer while here. Will definitely return for their delicious dunkalatte ☕
Parking: Definitely enough room to park a camper if you are coming off of 331
Kid-friendliness: Lots of donuts in the display case, friendly staff and plenty of options

Went to this location Sunday July 7th, 2024 at 8:53 AM. I ordered 6 glazed donuts and 6 glazed donuts with chocolate icing. There was some confusion during the ordering process. She thought I wanted chocolate donuts. We got it straightened out and as I was still at the speaker I could hear her yelling at a coworker because she still had her headset on. I pull up to the window and after paying and asking for the receipt she hands me my box. As I pull off I put it on the seat next to me it I notice it’s not closed and the tab is ripped. I stop in the parking lot to look at them. And one of the chocolate topped ones is on its side stuck to the front of the box. The chocolate is smashed on the box. I immediately go in and am greeted by someone asking what’s wrong. I said I’m pissed and asked who thought this was ok as I hand her the box. She apologized and said the girl who packed them was new. I’m sorry, I don’t care how new you are, you knew that wasn’t right. She made me a new box and had me look at them before closing the lid. As I was walking out the door she asked “are you happy now?” Wow! I’m not sure how I was supposed to take that. It sounded condescending. I won’t go back, the customer service sucks! I was so mad I forgot to take a picture

This place at one point was a good place to cleft your coffee very fast and effective then they have changed their personnel and after that it all has gone downhill . Please bring back the people that made a great experience back . Maybe I will start coming back.
