I have managed and been a barista so when it comes to coffee I’m pretty particular. Embassy surpassed my standards in quality. I ordered a breve style flat white. It was creamy, smooth, and full of great flavor. The shot was pulled well to really enhance the beans flavors and the milk was foamed well to create the creamy velvety texture that’s missed at Starbucks and Bigby.
It was Saturday and packed. There seemed to not be enough workers and they appeared to be struggling to keep up. I’d say it was worth the wait and the staff handled it the long lines and waiting customers with great composer.
The vibe is not cozy but more minimal with an elevated look. The hey do have lots of space though and some comfortable couches.
Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options for coffee drinks.
Parking: There is a decent amount of street parking available but could be hard on certain times of day.

This place is pretty, but spare. It isn't cozy, which I'd prefer, but it's spacious.
There was plenty of seating. Most of it didn't look comfortable, but the leather chairs were decent and there were 2 arm chairs and a couch.
I ordered an apple latte. There's no apple flavor, but it did taste lightly of cinnamon and the coffee was good.
I do think *any* coffee you order from here will be tasty bc the base coffee is high quality.
The food prices seemed crazy expensive, but since I didn't order any, I can't say if they live up to the cost.
The restrooms are *not* clearly labeled, but bless them, they have two stalls in the women's room and that's so uncommon for these places.

They get one star because it was a very clean place. I stood at the counter for 10 -15 minutes , a lady making coffee said I will be with you. Another gal comes out from the back, serves food to people sitting in the dining , as I’m still standing at the counter, apparently another person came in, and that person was taken care of before I was, so I walked out . Clearly, the gal serving the food should’ve saw the only person standing at the counter waiting to get serviced. I just don’t get it.

Had an iced bourbon Carmel latte, it was great. The atmosphere is welcoming and parking is good.
Parking: On the street in front or around the corner on the street. Free Lots are near by as well.
Delicious espresso, minimalist interior … this hit on all the markers of a great third wave coffee shop. Definitely would come back.

Over 20 minutes for a to-go latte... and I was in the front of the line! Not the staff's fault- only two people serving, taking orders, cooking, and barista-ing for 30+ people. The business is booming- be properly staffed!
