An honest review is that depending on the time you choose to come, most all buffets serve fresh food but if you prefer the freshest you can get learn to come at lunch and dinner when it's the busiest....why? ...because that's when the food turns over more and it will be hot, fresh, warm, cold, not melted whatever descriptive word you'd like to use.
The bathrooms were clean, the floors were clean and the workers wipe down around food often, for spills. The line to get on went quickly, they are efficient when necessary.
Give it a try at least during a busy time if you really question teh food quality.

Food seemed old..like it was prepared yesterday and reheated today...wait staff is ill tempered and rude..waitress looked at my receipt, which clearly said "hot tea" and proceeded to bring me a glass of....hot water. When I pointed this out to her , she mumbled something unintelligible and brought me the weakest tea I've ever had, then ignored me for the remainder of my meal. I didn't even get a goddamned fortune cookie. Real disappointment. Will not return for the foreseeable future

My wife and I ate here after couch shopping and we tried many different items and much to our liking everything was very good. This is a diamond in the ruff. Would highly recommend.

None of the food was hot. The drink size was fine - however, the drinks should have been part of the price. This is a very jerked over Chinese restaurant!

Was not worth the money food was cold and over cooked and all dried out even the desserts tasted old would not recommend no one

Cockroach in the soy sauce near the sushi bar. Ended up in my bowl of soy sauce and I did not notice until most of the way through the meal. Showed it to the staff and they told us that they have records of an exterminator that comes regularly but would not answer when we asked how often they change the soy sauce. We at least got a refund for our meal but will not be coming here again.
