I use to work there 2 years ago and went on maternity leave never received paperwork to show I was on it and I watched a video about it Ryan the manager is so unprofessional I just called in to get a statement to show I have proof I was on maternity leave and I still receive mail from hooters but he saying I don’t work there I feel like he shouldn’t even be the manager main reason why I wanted to take a break!

I will never cross through the doors at this location again. Staff was argumentative after I brought up that the order was not correct. I was informed that it was a “glitch in the system”, which it clearly was not. The only thing I asked for was what I had ordered according to the description in their menu, nothing more and nothing less. I hope the staff can identify the issues and work on improving the customer experience, it was certainly not very favorable for my guests and I.

11/29/25 We checked the site for hrs and they said they were open. It was snowing we braved the weather to take my nephew out for his birthday. Had we known when we got there a closed due to weather sign would be on the door we would not have made the half hr trip. I’m glad they’re a good enough company to cancel work due to weather. But I with they could have posted it on their site somehow.

This was my sister’s first time here and she really wanted to go so We went for my sisters birthday and we asked if they could do something. We were told they were to busy so they would only be able to bring her a slice of cake. On our way out they sang to two different people. Food was cold and gross and over cooked. We won’t be going back.

The service is slow, inattentive, and the food is definitely gonna take forever. We waited 45 minutes for an appetizer and haven’t gotten it. Plus our order. The table who got seated even 15 minutes before me hasn’t gotten theirs’ either.

A friend and I stopped in for lunch and were not disappointed one bit. The pickle chips were super crispy, her lemon pepper wings were wonderful, and my daytona wings had a lovely zing to them! The blue hooterade was also super delish. The only down sides were that it took us probably 15~30 minutes after we finished eating to get our waitress to bring us our check, and they didn't have XL in their hoodies.. only small and 2xl. We will definitely be coming back again and hoping to get that XL hoodie to collect! 🥰🦉

These waitresses were very nice and food was great
Our waitress was amazing but unfortunately she can only do so much. The restaurant was FILTHY. We waited over an hour for our orders and most of our food was cold. Two orders didn't even come out with the rest. One person in our party had to get their food to go because we were done eating before he got his. They were not busy and waitresses and bar staff were standing around eating mozzarella sticks. Awful experience.

I went in on a Saturday night was seated immediately. The restaurant was not busy. There were plenty of servers. I probably got walked past 25-30 times by at least four different servers not one person stopped at our table to even offer a drink or silverware or menus. After sitting for nearly 20 minutes, I decided to get up and leave only to have one of the waitresses told me to have a good night. I politely replied I would’ve had a good night if we would’ve got served.
