Francisco was absolutely fabulous! We were a large group and he not only was upbeat but stayed on top of things making sure we had everything we needed. He made suggestions that provided more food for less cost which is much needed when feeding 4 ravenous teens! The food was ready quickly and came out hot and fresh.

I haven't been here in 10 years due to the fact that I left hungry multiple times. I went back today in October 2025. The breakfast are much smaller. I think its the kids portion but it is not. Well maybe another 10 years. Food quality went down too. Just my opinion.

Absolutely horrible. I have never walked out of a restaurant until today. Horrible service, grounds in my coffee, sat for 30 minutes and still didn’t get our food. Servers were rude as hell towards each other. We will never be back to this location.
Standing at the hostess podium last Sunday (sept 28), before church was out, wasn't all that busy. Hostess seats the people behind me for some reason. Ok. The people noticed after they walked passed me as im reacting , then insisted she seat me. Then the waitress had a snotty attitude, so I got up and left.

I have been coming to IHOP on Day road for 4 years and everytime i ask for Juan. He is there till mid afternoon and always brings me a regular hot coffee, 3 egg omelette, chz, sausage, and topped with gravy.
