So always happy with my sandwiches but I’m speaking specifically to whoever was working today, 8/26 around 2:30-3pm. Y’all are awesome, I came in a little sluggish after getting a tattoo and they were so nice chatting with me while finishing up the order. I wish I would’ve gotten the guys name but I recognize him, and every time he’s working my sandwich somehow tastes even better than the last time. Keep up the great work, and you all deserve to be recognized and rewarded for it!

The food at Jersey Mike’s was great, no complaints there. However, we were really disappointed with the way we were treated at closing. At exactly 9:00 PM, as we were just finishing our sandwiches, an employee told us we had to leave. We weren’t lingering or hanging out past closing, just wrapping up our meal. I’ve never experienced being rushed out like that, especially when we were clearly almost done. A little courtesy would’ve gone a long way.

The #13 done Mike's way, add pickles and mayo is the best cold sub in all the cold sandwich realm. I hate that they offer other sandwiches because I'll never try one. The aforementioned sub is the one. Sorry, not sorry Mike. Lol

Everytime I go to Mishawaka, I eat here. The food is great, the workers are friendly, but sometimes the tables and floors are not very clean.

Constantly come back because of the service and consistency, the restaurant always looks and smells clean, the employees do an excellent job and handling the mobs of people that they get hit with, they still smile and get the sandwiches out in a timely manner. Thank you for your service guys!

First time at Jersey Mike's I liked it got the Philly giant sized had enough for lunch and dinner I'd definitely go there again

Service is starting to slip at this location. Arrived 10min after my order was set to be ready, was told it'd be another 8-10min. Got them 20min later because I asked if they were ready yet and they realized they had not started on the sandwiches yet. Typically this wouldn't be a big deal because this location is always busy but to see them slammed while 1 person is in the weeds making sandwiches and 3 others are in the back taking their Mountain Dew break? Disappointing.

1st time at any jersey mikes. Absolutely the worst shop ever. Order sandwich with bacon and got no bacon. Asked why. We have no bacon. Should tell you when ordering. The employee when talking was mumbling couldn't understand what he was saying. Also another customer wanted to order steak sandwich. No steak. Just a sandwich shop and the cant inventory correctly. Corporate Should be ashamed on this shop. I will never go to any of there shops because of this experience . I'll never listen to Danny again. Yuke

Placed an order online. So did many who were waiting on food. Nobody was getting their carry out orders. They just kept making sandwiches for walk ins. No apology, no reason that 5 of us were waiting on carry outs that were not filled and the orders were placed an hour before hand. Extremely rude. Employees were in the back room and did not come out to help. Will not be back. Will start going to Ireland road for extremely better service.
