First time trying this restaurant and will never go back. Waited an a hour and a half for two sandwiches. Once we got them, we couldnt even eat them because they were SOAKED in oil. Disgusting.

Just had the worst experience ever there. I ordered giant Italian and ordered giant chicken bacon ranch for momma. We planned on eating 1/4, then taking rest home. I get mine. Wait a bit, start eating. I get through my 1/4, still no Sammy for mom. Now I get it takes longer for a hot one, but I also know what’s going on in front of my eyes. I ask, they say it takes time for hot. Ok… I eat the second 1/4 of my Sammy, still nothing for my mom. I ask again. The guy behind the counter was not friendly about telling me it takes time. Then another lady setting with her family speaks up and says she was 7 people in front of us. I watched them make about 30 sandwiches while waiting for moms. Another lady who had just walked in and had no idea what had transpired spoke up telling me to be patient, I told her she had no idea what she was taking about, to mind her biz….. then I tell the counter guy if it’s too much to handle give me my money back and we will leave. He said he didn’t say he couldn’t handle it…. They were just short staffed… The nosey girl butts in again with her two cents and I tell her she is a B. Which I stand by that….. however I was then asked to leave, not a problem… but after 25 minutes and 30 subs later, I get my poor elderly mothers sandwich. Not cut. Thanks JM! I like them subs but not that much. My Dad told me that they had a similar experience there recently…. Maybe don’t offer hot if nobody wants to make them. Mrs. Friedman

They basically slapped my sandwich together, barely looked edible. Also an elderly woman who was 7 people in front of me waited 30 min for her hot sub and they never made it for her just kept saying it's almost done when I'm fact they haven't even started it. Then when the customer asked for the 3rd time she was told to shut up by some rude customer and that they are under staffed. And if you don't like it you coukd leave.

My husband and I LOVE Jersey Mike's!! They were short-staffed today, but they were still pleasant as always!! The subs are a cut above the rest!! Boarshead deli meats are to die for! The asiago/rosemary bread is just so darn good!!! Every time we make the trip to Mishawaka/Sound Bend, we plan our lunch at JM's around it!

So always happy with my sandwiches but I’m speaking specifically to whoever was working today, 8/26 around 2:30-3pm. Y’all are awesome, I came in a little sluggish after getting a tattoo and they were so nice chatting with me while finishing up the order. I wish I would’ve gotten the guys name but I recognize him, and every time he’s working my sandwich somehow tastes even better than the last time. Keep up the great work, and you all deserve to be recognized and rewarded for it!

The food at Jersey Mike’s was great, no complaints there. However, we were really disappointed with the way we were treated at closing. At exactly 9:00 PM, as we were just finishing our sandwiches, an employee told us we had to leave. We weren’t lingering or hanging out past closing, just wrapping up our meal. I’ve never experienced being rushed out like that, especially when we were clearly almost done. A little courtesy would’ve gone a long way.
