They did a great job on making our sub sandwiches. It was fast and tasted great. The new Jimmy Kickin ranch chips great flavor little spicy but not too much. I think if you ate several in a row without having a bite of Sandwich between, they'd get a little more spicy. A similar flavor to say hot wing sauce and Ranch mixed. I would get them again. My husband that's not a fan of anything spicy would not like them.

Delivery service from this location absolutely sucks. My hot sandwich was delivered cold, not cut in half and to the wrong spot. It was out for delivery at 12:24 pm and arrived at 1:41 pm. Completely unacceptable. Will never get food from this location again

Great subs and atmosphere just wish that they would concentrate more on working than making phone calls on their personal cell phones. No one wants to hear you yell at your mother for not picking up your kids for 20 mins while your making sandwiches.
Horribly slow service, don’t even give you much to drink by filling the cup completely up with ice before filling so you only get a few sips of soda, and they never include straws or napkins.

Worst Jimmy john's I've been to. Messed up my order twice in the same order. Mislabeled my sandwich and didn't even put the right ingredients on it. The spicy east coast is supposed to have banana peppers and jalapeños. I ended up picking the penos off manually and they didn't give me my chips on my order. Sandwiches didn't get cut either.
